Haven't been on here in a while. Been very busy making a gaming magazine in media studies (Mass Effect & Jen Hale name drops ahoy!) and waffling about Famke Janssen in film studies (she s now my no1 choice to play FemShep in the film, in my dream world where that would actually happen...)

So I thought I'd pop in and say hello. Still waiting impatiently for the next DLC, every time I see something sci-fi I want to play ME but I couldn't play it all the way through again, not after I finished my perfectly Paragon-everyone-survived playthrough.

Ahhhh the SR-1.  It really did feel like a spectres ship.  Small crew and advanced ship to get the job done. Infiltrate and remove. Just like Virmire and Illos.   Oh and who can forget arriving at Noveria and joker saying "Council Business!"   just awesome!  I think the dark military lighting on board helped too.    

The SR-2 just seems too clean and shiney. Like a hospital or something!   If Amelia dropped a glass (or a cookie crumb!) I can almost picture this happening to clear up the mess instantly! 

Of course her role sort of changed from simple Coucil Spectre in ME2/3 to Galactic Saviour with the coming Reapers.   Still I feel the SR-2 lacks a purpose the SR-1 had if you catch my drift.

Stasis is still my favourite though, and it's also Hrist's canon bonus power. But I have a new appreciation for Barrier thanks to your guide.

thanks! i have a new respect for the other bonus powers having tried them out to get gameplay footage. stasis was tricky for me to get the hang of, but it's crazy powerful. i had a blast with dominate. wow, that's one powerful skill, even though it made me feel dirty to recruit morinth, even if was for science.

i did realize that barrier ends if you use any other power - forgot to mention that as a drawback, but then, i find it gets me from nearly dead to regened shields and that's what i use it for.

well, that and pretty screenshots. priorities, priorities.

My own dear barrier is the last on the list, since I love it and reserve the right to give it a little bit of denfense as I see a lot of smack talked about that skill. But I did my best to give a clear picture of the other skills as well, since playing around with them made me respect them much more.

So yeah, enjoy. It's really fun to make a class guide starring femshep and showing that we girls like to game on insanity. thanks for letting me continue to share these with you all.

I usually pick a biotic bonus for adept, I've picked every power and treid them all with Lia, I think (for my playig style) Reave worked best. But barrier was pretty awesome too.

I'm currently debating weather or not to run my current FemShep through all of ME2. I'm at least going to get through the main story, but I'm not sure I'll be invested enough to get through the DLC.

Finally watched your last two videos. They're great! I agree with your assessment of the bonus powers. I tried Slam, Reave and Barrier with my Adept and found that I liked Barrier the best for those "oh crap" moments. I use Barrier on Constance too, because I tend to be fairly reckless on my Vanguard. I screw up my Charges on a regular basis.

I need to play my biotic-using Sheps more often so I can get better at their classes. I'm pretty damn good at the shooty, tech, shooty of Holly and Moira since I play them the most. XD  And Trista is a Soldier, so... AR + Assault Rifle and we're good.

Good video. Especially the part that demonstrates why you don't want to give your squad members any squad ammo power. Though I wouldn't shoot Jacob.

This 1964 Aston Martin DB-5 was Daddy's .    Maddy does have motorcycles too, but for her..there is nothing like tearing up the country side in Daddy's old  DB-5 on a summer day .

Yep that was a great read that one :happy:  Theres lot of hidden treasure in this thread. Thats partly why I was inspired to make the picture folders. I didnt like seeing everything get lost so easy.
