I can see her doing that too...why do you think Maddy has two of them. Fortunately Harley-Davidson, Triumph and Yamaha are still producing bikes in the late 22nd century...they also brought back Excelsior in 2025 and Royal Enfield in 2032.

Maddy baught herself a '71 Harley V-Tech MK2 Heritage "Fat Boy" when she graduated from the N7 program..and '66 Excelsior CSX Turbo in 2179.

I guess the second meaning behind those plates on the DB-5..."MISS N7"..is way better, I say we stick with it

Alice's first impressions were certainly mixed.  She was happy to see the ship, but soon started noticing the little differences that made everything a little too perfect.  It was larger and shinier, more brightly lit, and of course the real problem was that  none of the old faces (save for Joker) were there.  She came to realize that the ship, along with Joker, was just another way for Cerberus to try and exert control over her, to lull her into trusting them by appealing to her sense of nostalgia.

The Captain's Quarters, on the other hand, she hated as soon as she saw.  Alice had never been one to splurge on niceties for herself, and the fact that this huge space was just for her made her feel very uneasy.  Good thing she didn't notice the private bathroom until AFTER the suicide mission (no joke, I had NO idea there was a bathroom there until after my first playthrough!), otherwise she probably would have just slept in the hallway.  Having quarters so ostentatious did mean that she spent most of her time elsewhere on the ship during those first few weeks.  It allowed her a chance to get to know the crew better, so it was somewhat of a windfall.

Holly was definitely uneasy.  I believe she was already trying to deal with the whole "you've been dead for 2 years" thing. Now, she had a brand new ship and crew of people she wasn't sure she could trust.  I find her disapproving of the fancy quarters on the top deck, feeling like it's Cerberus *ss-kissing at it's finest.  Not to mention the monitoring devices.  Nice to know TIM could be watching you take a shower at any moment.  

Once she got settled in and built her team, once the Collectors were defeated, Holly felt like the new Normandy was finally HER ship.  Especially when she told TIM to stuff it.

Renée was pretty mixed about the whole experience.  She liked the extra space; years of being in frigates where the Mission Team Leader (her) shared a 2m*2m cabin with someone else made her very appreciative of the extra space.  The inability to land a team in a decent vehicle was annoying, and some of it drove her suspcicions up the wall (She figured there were listening devices everywhere.  Her first night in the cabin, she said, "This is Renée Shepard, and I do not talk in my sleep!")

Now, she's gotten the bugs out (figurative and listening), she likes her privateer in the Terminus systems (As far as she sees her SPECTRE status now, it's effectively a Letter of Marque and Reprisal.)

Hm, Lili was blown.
Her cabin: She was used the the small, simple, dim lit rooms she had had before.  But, she thinks they could have used a better bed and sheets (she calls them sh*tty quite alot) She really liked having a place to store things and the fish tank (wasn't a fan of the skylight,  however...) She also enjoys having her own bathroom and just a whole deck (no matter how small) to herself (and sometimes her and Garrus.) Over all, she liked it better then her old (but she misses the dimmer lighting. The whole damn ship is so bright!)
Colors: Her thoughts-"Change the colors! I liked the blue and dim lighting!"
Other places/stuff: Pretty nice. She doen't hate it, but she doesn't love it, either. It's just different from what she's used to.

I saw it in the video, I can just imagine the actually in game banter between Jacob's VA and Hale and then they laugh about it when it's done recording.

The Normandy is one place where I cannot separate my own reaction from my character's.  I hate the Normandy SR-2 and so does Jessica.  It's not as pretty nor as iconic as the first Normandy (it looks like a futuristic jumbo jet, blegh), the paint job is ugly, the interior is too bright and sterile.  The first Normandy was right up there with the Millenium Falcon as far as the ship-as-a-character trope goes.  The second?  Even more bland and generic than the rest of the game it flies through.

Yes, I much prefer the subdued lighting in the original. My Shepard has a funny way of agreeing with me, so I suspect she does here too

Most of my Shepards fancied the Normandy SR-2, although for different reasons. My canon Shepard for instance would have the same jesting response I did. "Better guns? Looks pretty? We're good." Plus it has EDI and everyone loves EDI. Selene would have been my only Shepard thus far to show some distress due to her dislike of Cerberus.

I suppose since I have a fair amount of Shepards either supportive of Cerberus or indifferent. It is not a surprising conclusion they fancy the new Normandy.

 hmmm... thanks for the heads up on da2 guys. i don't want spoilers, but a few words of review are welcome. i didn't care much for da:o, so i think my expectations will not be dashed in this case.

BUT as that's getting off topic:

My next adept guide video is up. This one is about Bonus Powers for the Adept (i.e., bonus powers most often taken by adepts).

My own dear barrier is the last on the list, since I love it and reserve the right to give it a little bit of denfense as I see a lot of smack talked about that skill. But I did my best to give a clear picture of the other skills as well, since playing around with them made me respect them much more.

So yeah, enjoy. It's really fun to make a class guide starring femshep and showing that we girls like to game on insanity. thanks for letting me continue to share these with you all. 

Very nicely done guide Sage. I must concede to being amongst the group who does not think highly of Barrier. Perhaps it is more efficient on the Adept, where I have heard moderate praise, but when gunning as a Vanguard. It either caused a hindrance to Charge or was stripped; Insanity is not kind to shields. Granted, I have a ridiculously aggressive style. Get in, kill everything that moves, get out. Personally, I adhere to Warp bombing everything and Singularity is helps. Might try barrier some time though.

One thing I shall mention is a recommendation for the Firepower pack. The Mattock is broken and will three shot virtually everything. Another reason is the Geth Plasma Shotgun, that functions arguably better at range, yet while being merciless up close. Coincidently, it is actually most effective on every class excluding the Vanguard. Suffice it to say, the weapons are broken.

Course, with that said. I have already designated a Sheploo to the Mattock. Femshep gets to be rambo with the Revenant. She will be the first and only Shepard of either gender to kill off Wrex. May even make her my Renegade supreme run.
