We can only wish we can see a shower setting in ME3.  

Looking at DA2 romance scenes it seems Bioware are going backwards at the moment on them.

Well as long as there are some new romances in ME3. *cough* sniper  


I think most people will want a well ended setting for ME3 with their LI's.  As much as Bioware now don't want it, they have created a Space Opera and they need to address that as paramount over combat aesthetics ect ect.

Aw, well I romanced Liara in ME1, and the romance scenes were a little, uh, meatier for lack of a better term than in ME2. :C

I prefer the fade to black/implied sexytimes myself.  Why yes, I do have an excellent imagination.

I'd rather have that than the cringe inducing granny underwear scenes from DA:O.  Some of the facial expressions were just...eeeeee.  Mass Effect 1 was very tasteful.  What happened?!

HA! I have already concocted several scenarios which involve FemShep getting Mr.Sniper into that shower.  It's just sitting there, asking to be used...somehow.  God, I am a creeper.

I didn't really get why people got so in to the romance side of things when I first played ME1. It was a nice addition but it didn't really mean much to me at the time. Now though I'll be very disapointed if Hrist doesn't get her happy ending with Liara.

I've become quite attached to the two of them being together, (even if they are just made up characters in a game) to the point where I can't even have another of my Shepard's romance Liara as it seems odd. After all they've both been through it would be a real slap to the face to have one or both of them die in the final part of the trology.

As for the DA2 romance scene's, I've only seen two of them. My ladyhawke got ninjamanced by Merril, (she was only trying to be nice to you, little Miss Elf! *Reload save*) and the Fenris scene. They seemed alright to me. Better than the ME2 romance scene's anyway, and there was no Cougar Hawke like we get when femshep talks to Jacob.

@MissNaaa It's a coalesced mod (I think, have been wrong before), it's the nude skin used in romance scenes. Someone more aware of the contents of their inis might be able to provide you with the code line.

I feel the same way with my Shep.  The pairing of Alice with Liara is so important, so fundamental to me that when I read jtav's "Persistence of Memory" Liara/Miranda story I got MAJORLY jealous to the point of nearly snarling at Miranda the next time I saw her in game.

I can't even bring myself to make another Shepard, either, since I know how strongly I'd be drawn to Liara.  The only thing that'd get me to roll new Sheps would be if Miranda and Tali were available as LI's, 'cause I've got ideas for Shepards to pair with both of them.

I'd be perfectly happy if they kept ME2's combat system as-is in ME3 (perhaps with more weapon customizations, a la ME1), and focused on decent storytelling.

Agree on DAO. I think DA2 does that better, but again: Only saw one scene.

I was also referring to ME1 vs ME2.  Most of the ME2 scenes just seemed kind of cheesy I guess.  They lacked the emotional impact of the ME1 scenes for me, just didn't seem as intimate I guess.  I chalk it up to lighting, music and cinematic angles.  ME1 was just really nicely done.  ME2 seemed like a step back.  I laugh when I think of how much time must have been spent on making Jacob's unique shirtless body model.  Then I cry a little.
