I'm not anti-FemShep. I'm just creeped out by players who "would have good times" with a video-game character.

Well, I like all three love scenes in Mass Effect 2: FemShep and Jacob, FemShep and Garrus, FemShep and Thane.
I agree with Sage. It's something to have a strong, smart, and badass woman saving people and being a Hero. and as a writer I'm trying to see the female POV when it comes to being a hero which is why I play as femshep sometimes, since we all know she's one badass woman.sagequeen wrote...

while that is a valid point, i do believe a lot of femshep fans simply like playing as a woman because the galaxy needs more kick-ass babes defending it. male action heroes are a dime a dozen - a tough, smart, deadly woman is a nice change of pace in the world of fiction.
and, amazing as it may seem, some of us are actually women who like to play as women. just sayin'.

I know. Did you actually read my post? ^^; I believe I just said I'm not anti-femShep. BUT I'm creeped out by those (teenage) boys who would "do" their own femShep. I never said anything about female gamers playing femShep or guys who just play femShep for the heck of it.
But when it comes to female action heroes, I'm actually more into the femme fatale type of girls. FemShep is not really a femme fatale, but more like, well, pretty much exactly like manShep but with a female model and a female voice. But I don't wanna risk a flame-war so I won't talk bad about femShep in this thread.

My name is Ryn. I am a 22 year old woman who happens to have a huge crush on my FemShep and I would "do" my FemShep if she were real. I just broke your stereotype.

Thanks! So do I. She does that during the Blue Rose of Illium quest when the Asari disses human and Asari relationships, saying something along the lines of "You only have to stick it out 100 years then they die." Kathryn was offended by that because she's in love with a certain Asari!FieryPhoenix7 wrote...
