Oh, don't get me wrong. I love what you've done with this vid, It's just that most of the fan trailers/music vids (I always appreciate good ones) don't have your mad skillz (no ofense people). So when I said that you should make a trailer that's just me thinking out loud.
No problem
Thanks again.

@Captain Crash Haha, England eh? Well here in Ireland you'd be lucky to go half an hour without it raining! An average day in theEmeraldGrey Isle ;POh, and I know the post was from a few pages back, but that Tali joke was priceless. Haven't laughed so much in days. XD

@datSilencer Wow, awe-inspiring work! I remember seeing your first video a while back and thinking that it was fantastic, but I think you've outdone yourself on this.

Very cool and very well produced. The music worked very well for what you were trying to do I think. One criticism is that it felt a little drawn out. Maybe pure dream sequence vibe isn't really my thing, wished there had been another tone introduced at some point later in the vid.

Which bit? The whole thing was a suprise! I didnt expect anything on that level of awesome!!
But I assume your referring to her dream sequence... or is it? She had a ghostly preminition of the crash site!! That was really cool!
I used be used to how assume things appear in this thread, but nope!!

If you checked out the Youtube version, then take a look at the Vimeo version. In the end, there's a surprise waiting for you
What I tried to image is, what would it have felt like for her to be dead, and then brought back to life. If you take a look at most fanfics written out there, NO ONE has written about her, WHILE being dead. What did she see after her death?
And well, since talking about the afterlife (not the club though
Cheers!

AAwww man, you got a point there. I guess my problem was about finding:
a) A great fanfic, focused on the topic for which I was looking for inspiration, for the main theme of the video. And...
It's impossible to shuffle through all the fanfics out there. I should have thrown out the question for the writers in the forums, damn!
As a way to amend the issue, could you provide references to Fanfics focused on Shepard's brief "afterlife"?
Thanks again!

Heh. I think that if you were looking for one-shot fic focusing directly on Shepard while she was dead, you're right in that it's a bit rare in the mountain that is Mass Effect fanfic. Often, the best place to look is in novelizations or during the game vignette collections, which will sometimes briefly cover the What Shepard Experienced While She Was Dead theme.
People have covered it before, though. I can't remember all the details or titles of the ones I've read, which would make finding them again a pain, but I do remember enjoying this one. And this followup provides some extra reflection. And I remember at least one where she dreams of the afterlife (and is heavily implied to be visiting), post-resurrection.
... I once wrote something involving Shepard's death experience, myself, but I'm not sure it'd qualify for what you're looking for, so I hesitate to recommend it.
