BW won't change Jane, not for the last installment of the series.
I think iconic, just like "beautiful" are very subjective terms. Picking one femshep will boil down to a popularity contest here. Nah, there are many, many gorgeous, beatiful, iconic femsheps around :happy:

I think Jane - it would only be fair.

Though, wow *blush* I'm honored people vote for Kyrie. I think the Shep I find most iconic other than Jane would be Marge Shepard. She's more well-designed than default Jane, imo.



Akodo's Marge inspired me to try to make my own shep unique and iconic, rather than just toss together a shep to play the game with.

Beyond that, Tup's Shep and ElE's Caroline and Aislinn's Holly are iconic to me, too. There are many variations of the dark-haired shep with the classy cut - they look a little like Jennifer Hale to me. I do so love my own Kyrie, but I find the pale blonde factor make me think she's not the "offical" femshep.

I think the only viable possibility for the litho would be Jane Shep to be fair. It would be near impossible to pick one above all other great femsheps around.

Also Arrival seems to be up on EAs servers. Just a heads up if you want to download it in advance so you get to jump right into it after buying. I won't give a direct link because I don't know how the folks at Bioware would feel about that, but it's not hard to guess the installers filename. Oh, I can't wait for tomorrow!

I think the problem with a FemShep litho is that we're so attached to our FemSheps that it would be difficult to pick one that would represent us. Bioware kind of painted themselves into a corner with ManShep by designating Sheploo the "iconic" ManShep. Jane Shep isn't necessarily iconic, which affords us the freedom to create and fall in love with our own visions of who Shepard is.

Of course, if Bioware ever wises up and lets us put our own Sheps into a litho (much like WoW did with their 3D figureprints), I'd probably spend myself into poverty!

*scratches chin*  Mmmm, yes.  This could be done.  It would be time consuming as all hell, but it could be done. Something to consider.

Awww!  You're sweet.  I'm glad that people like Holly so much.

As for favorite Sheps, I couldn't even possibly decide.  There are way too many amazing FemSheps I've seen in here.  I love them all, really!

Cute but deadly:
Noah, Teagan, Kallen 

Sexy and powerful:
Kathryn, Kyrie, Caroline, Jessica, Hrist, Marge

Lovely and striking:
Amelia, Madeline and so many others!

Seriously, I can't keep all the names straight in my head at times.  I think what I enjoy the most is the adoration for the woman herself.  FemShep is amazing and it always makes me glad to see what everyone's vision of her is.

You should feel honored!    I feel that Kyrie is one of the most Iconic FemSheps.  You really succeeded in creating a character that is your own, not just your version of the same general character. Through your posts, Stories and that rolling and expansive epic "Valkyrie" that Sage calls her "FanFic" we have all watched, learned, and come to feel the way we do about her.

...That is why she is one of my favorite "Noir" subjects



I shall not leave ELE's Caroline out of this either. I feel exactly the same way about Caroline as I do Kyrie....and Caroline is a very newcomer to this thread.  To build such a memorable character in such a short amount of time....the sign of pure genius!

Both Kyrie and ELE's Teagan and Caroline are the inspirations behind Maddy: her history, backstory and her character.  I can only hope that my FemShep may reach even half the level of "Iconicness" that yours hold.

There's so many amazing FemSheps in this thread! It's hard to keep track of them all. I wish i could do a decent custom FemShep.. They always end up horrible or something far from what i want.

i wonder... could this be done if tag-teamed? problem would be finding a place to upload crap-loads of GB video files to, but if a few peeps could get the capture (some of us doing this for 360 folks or folks who didn't have fraps) we could then upload the capture to a central person to shape it into a vid?

just thinking out loud here.

don't give up! it took me 5 playthroughs and then 3 weeks in the CC to make kyrie. 

but then...i'm kind of crazy
