Hmm...that actually raises a question: I know it's mentioned in the Jacob romance that she feels like "it's only been a few weeks" since she died, whereas everyone else lived their life for two years. So...is your femShep 29 or 31 in ME2?
Mentally, I'd say she's still 29. Physically, she's like brand new. If they had to recreate nearly every part of her, what does that mean for her life expectancy? Is it tissue created from what they salvaged of her genetic makeup, or is it mostly high tech replacements inside.
I don't know if they really gave us enough information to say what exactly Shepard is. Clearly she's quite a bit machine. She's stronger, more resilient, and processes chemicals far more efficiently than a regular person. But what does that really mean. If all her cells have been replaced, are they exact replicas of what she had before, or different, how will they continue to replicate and age and breakdown.
Shep probably feels 29. Although I can say, after a certain age a few years doesn't make any difference. Officially she's probably 31, as that's how long it's been since the date of her birth, and I doubt they take into account being dead for 2 years as she's the exception in coming back from dead.
I feel like this was intended to be hand-waved away unfortunately. Shep's exactly the same, but more badass than ever! Now stop asking questions and go shoot something.

I hear ya...do you think it's too much to hope for that the writers have actually heard those of us who've been shouting at the top of our lungs that we'd like Shepard to be a person again, not just a gunrack like in ME2? femShep needs self-reflection really badly.

I used the Medium Predator, (at least I think it's predator armour. the green cammo patterned stuff) for my Infiltrator, Silmeria. It has that whole hiding in the undergrowth waiting for the perfect shot vibe to it.
