Thanks for the above testing area Tupexi that worked great.  I had a fiddle with my gamma setting and they have helped out alot in conjuction with other things im trying.  Still im not getting the balance I quite want but im getting there.   I think im going to break it if I do much more though! 



I think its because I think she looks amazing on the CC screen and of course the lighting in there is totally different to in game.   





I wish I had this gear for Novaria, it seems quite fitting for there.    Not really on the Citadel.

hmmm I like the angelic white look.  But I think she suits darker armours better   Oh I love experimenting with this!   Modding is too much fun!!

Well, you could try just using a lower value in the line. Maybe something like float3 x = max(0,InLinearColour-0.001);

Sorry Jane meant to comment on this work earlier, but this thread moves so fast at times. 


Anyway this is another great addition.  Love the pose shes in!  Quite fitting for the fight your about to have!   See you spent some time decapitating Sheploo too!   The smoke effect coming out the Collector rifle is very fitting!

hmmmm I think we just have two different definations of what we class as a fanatic.  You see it as bad, I see it as someone who is very vocal in their support.  I dont consider the term in a negative light as their are hundreds of people who are fans of their fav characters.  Some more so then others.  Its only when someone starts demanding their opinion is correct on the forums that I have a problem.  Thats not you though so dont worry.


Evidently you are a manshep fan.  Your very proud of your canon Shep, you have him in your avatar. Ive seen him appear on the forums a few times, you post a lot in the manshep fan thread and I seen you state a few times that you prefer him.  Maybe I just take notice a bit more because I recognise your username over other peoples. 


I played two manshep plays on Mass Effect and I just dont have the same experience as I do with femshep.  Everones different.

Also, did you notice my last post? If you like the shadow-intensity-tweak-thingy, I recommend checking it. I quickly tested the setting and I think it's a bit better than the one I originally posted.

Fair enough.

Damn threads activity is climbing again as it's time for some shut-eye. Stupid timezones. Well my horrible sleep pattern offsets that somewhat.

And that brings into mind a question. How well do your femsheps sleep at night considering all the crazy stuff going on in their lives?

I shall not answer that myself, as I've mentioned before, I lack the imagination to really add that much detail to my VG characters. :<

My first fanfic for Cathryne will address that very issue. I am still writing though, I have this thing where I want it to be fairly perfect since there is such great stuff up already. Don't want to be laughed down hehe.

Though I might have to do a fanfic for Mara instead, don't want to get confused with Grim's Kat.

She has nightmares about her death ever since Cerberus brought her back.

Actually adressing that in a story i'm currently writing (among other things).

Not too well.  Growing up on the streets, she became a very light sleeper out of necessity, given the likelihood of getting robbed or worse at a moments notice.  Some might further blame her restless sleeping on Akuze, but she always says that "Thresher Maws aren't exactly known for their subtlety".

She does tend to sleep better when Liara is nearby.  Having her present is so comforting that she finds herself falling asleep more easily, and is able to stay asleep longer  (oversleeping, to hear her tell it).
