I doubt it.  Though his romance doesn't have many fans around here.  The "Miranda needs a better man than I" line completely killed it for me.

I'd feel down about myself too if Miranda dumped me.

Meh mirandas not that good, shes nice to look at but has too many cliche issues. (hot girl, daddy issues) doesnt do it for me. Now Jack, man she is an awesome person, I would hate to have her dump me, probably becuse she'd kill me in the process but still . Too bad there wasnt more dialouge with  femshep. I wanted her to be a girls kinda girl

Both of them look like they swing from both sides of the plate (jack actually does at one point) and what's this about "Jacob treats Shepard like a piece of meat" I keep hearing about? besides the  prize line all he says is "I ant you, andi want all the time i can get and if you extend the dialouge he even confesses love for Shepard. I wish Kasumi had a dialogue wheel so she could say things about Shepard and not the rest of the crew.

I'm getting tired of all the hairstyles.  I wish I could try more but trust me, I will never figure out how to mod.  That guy's instructions are all jumbled up.

Actually there was a post quite a while ago which explained how you can do it all with a USB disk and downloading the Gib editor for the 360.  It was a bit of a wall of text tbh.  But I may give it a go at some point just for the hairstyle bit!

i'm not sure how gibbed from pc to xbox is similar or different, but i've been hacking up my hair on my shep and gotten fairly used to it. still sometimes get weirdness.

actually am trying to decide what i want to do next (just finished kasumi dlc in the black "wig":



anyhow, i have codes and instructions here.  am adding to that as i go. what style are you trying to add?

i have found that it's a LOT easier to hack on the custom codes onto the "custom sexy" cut (what default femshep has) or "cute" (the bob) or "classy" (the chin-length cut) than the others. "pulled" hairstyles like the buns and non-meshes like the crew cut have funny scalp meshes that you have to add.

I know right! I'm considering buying the pc version so I can mod that one while keeping my 360 game regular and unmodded.

There's some good bits in it, like where Jacob asks femShep if she's got any regrets or guilt about being the one to get a second chance and that maybe it's a good idea to just learn to take it a day at a time and try to make a life for yourself with what you got. The problem - as evidenced by all the videos is that those 1 or 2 moments are hidden away beneath piles of dreadful Jacob and (hate to say it) femShep dialogue.

True. The real problem is how the romance progresses, until you reach the actual romance scene, which, allow me to say, is nothing less than cheap pr0n.

Well Thane DOES ask you how you are but Shepard just says she is fine (presumably because venting to a dying man seems trivial by comparison) But yeah I have no clue how they thought the Jacob romance was acceptable. It’s just so glaringly bad! They made sure they got continuous feedback from women while making Thane just to make sure they got his look "just right”. They listened to the ladies to make sure they made a male alien that was actually attractive to them, just as asari are attractive to male players. So it truly perplexes me that they didn't use this same process while writing the script.

Bioware staff : Ok we've recorded some lines for the Jacob romance , tell us what you think , we haven't animated anything  yet but this is what the conversations will sound like when you romance him *plays dialogue to focus group*

Femshep player 1#: Shepard sounds...very rude. Not sexy, just really mean! Are they all renegade options? Is that the only tone she uses?

Femshep player 2#: I just think you might have to rewrite this, I really don't think a lot of femshep players are going to like this at all. It all just sounds so seedy and sleazy! I thought the tone would change near the end but it just gets WORSE! It sounded like a porn movie!

Femshep player 3#: I'm sorry but you are going to have to change that "prize" line! That’s so horrible! What woman do you know that would like to be spoken to like that AND be called a prize??? It’s creepy! Sounds like he's about to attack her!

Bioware staff: Well thank goodness you told us all this! Talk about being way off base, this could have been an embarrassing disaster for us!  We’ll make the changes immediately and fire whoever told Jenifer Hale to talk like that.
