As for feedback, all I can say is it was sometimes hard to hear Shepard talk over the first song. Enjoyed the music you selected though.

I usually lurk, but to toss another answer to the makeup question:

My girl Jei uses black lipstick because it was a holdover from her time in the Tenth Street Reds as the scrappy punk and it kinda became her thing. When she enlisted, she was given, erm, strongly worded suggestions to refrain... but after Akuze, the black became a symbol of her continual mourning (and the brass couldn't exactly justify nitpicking a lipstick color at that point anyway).

As for me, I don't use makeup at all, so I blame it on Jei's taste.

Jei started out as "I have no clue what this game is about so let's just toss myself in and see what happens!" Then the choices kept coming, and I personally would have gone way more renegade, but she was super dead set on being 100% paragon despite (because of?) her earthborn/survivor history. Which, of course, I only figured out halfway through the game thanks to talking to Garrus and leading HIM down a more righteous path... which is probably why Garrus was her BFF once ME2 rolled around.

Why I play Femshep? To get Garrus Eastwood, of course.

Every shep tends to be paragon. It's actually pretty universal thing for me since all my Revans were light side. But sometimes they go like this:

I find it hard to play fully Renegade. I just can't be mean to Liara or any other squad members.

Even on the one more Renegade-like ME1 playthrough i still saved the council and had good relationships with the crew.

Edit 2:  And here is the final release candidate for V1.0 (not pictured above).  I'll possibly end up doing something else later on as well.  Hope folk like it.

So, I finally got a chance to try it, though only in my armor locker and not yet on a mission. I noticed one problem. Her right arm is lacking camouflage on the shoulder plate and down the arm, and instead is flat black. Is this intentional?

Otherwise I think it looks pretty good. Dead on for Mantis / Predator M armor. Any chance you'd be willing to fix the right arm? (or, if you don't want to, maybe you could point me in the right direction for what do to try to fix it myself?). If we can get this looking just right, it will definitely be Artemis's primary armor for this play-through.

I like the blue lighting in the area you posted that pic from. There are a few places in the game with similar lighting and I always think Hrist looks really good in it. It also seems to show off the freckles in the skin texture more than you tend to see in the brighter lit areas.





As for the make-up question.

As others have said the eyeshadow makes the eye's look much better than without, so I've always used teh same option on all my femsheps. I use the lightest colour of blush as it adds a nice touch to the cheeks and looks more natural in my opinion. For the lips I use the gloss on two of my Shepards and the pale pink colour for Lenneth. She originaly had the same gloss colour, but the pink option really suits her personality better. I was quite surprised at how much character changing the lipstick added to her.

Anyone turned down Liara's offer to visit SR2? I did that accidentally once, that was cold... I mean when she turns back at Shepard, Shepard quickly looks somewhere else. Liara's face was really sad when she walked out after that.

On another note, I tried fixing Artemis's forehead so that bang wouldn't clip, but apparently (and to confirm what ELE08 told me), there is no forehead small enough to not clip that bang, at least not with this face shape. Oh well, not too big a deal, I guess. I like that hairstyle on her, so I'll just have to live with it.

Another semi-on-topic aside, either I suck at Character Creator, or it is impossible to make a femShep with Chell's face.

If anyone else can pull it off, I'd love to see the result.

there is something about me1 imports that doesn't translate quite right, i agree. and tuchanka is AWFUL lighting, imo, and my pale femshep looks awful in it. but somehow, that seems to fit with a planet of nuclear winter. seriously, femshep can't always look hot. well, kyrie can't or that wouldn't be keeping in character. teagan does - she could walk around tuchanka in a burlap sack and look hot.

UGH. yes. i was trying to fraps pieces of that scene and it's HORRIBLE lighting. not only does ANY shep look bad in it, the the lighting changes as shep walks through it, so one second there are shadows from one side, the next, from the other. most of the footage is completely unusable.
