Wow, I go out on a business trip over a weekend, come back and get dental surgery, only was able to get onto the forums at all for a few minutes. I'm away from the thread for 10 days and I have to catch up with nearly 30 pages.  You guys are insane, I tell you.   But, I'm sitting home from work unable to talk right now, so I have time to catch up, hopefully.

The thread has been without Jessica for too long I think.  Here.  I find this shot sexy in some indefineable manner.

Yeah the pointless spending of  300,000 credits on a Spectre Sniper Rifle you cant use, but need it to have a matching set!  :happy:      Good job every merc at level 57 just happens to carry around 2 grand on them    


Good work getting the whole kit back together.  Its something I never managed.   Has your heavy weapon disappeared there?

Can someone give me some general tips for taking action shots, guns blazing and all? I can't seem to get any decent ones. Do you guys use some sort of mod/application to take your shots or just plain old mad skillz?

It is the usual: freeze commad, hide all ui elements and flycam commands binded to numpad number keys. There should be plenty of guides for that. It is rather straight forward in ME1. Sadly I can not help at the moment since I am writing this with my phone.

I can easily get Shep to level 57 in one playthrough but after that... Well it is very doable but the amount of xp needed to get to lvl 60 is comparable to 0 to lvl 57.

I'm doing the same thing.  Now on runthrough #2.  So far I've gotten my Spectre status, rescued Liara, done Feros, scanned the keepers, given Samesh his wife back, helped Helena Blake, resolved the Septimus-Elcor-Consort thing (got the trinket but not used it yet), and spoken to everyone (and I do mean everyone) I can at the moment, and I hit Level 56 just before shutting the door on the Geth dropship...

So, still a fair bit to do (including Bringing Down The Sky), so I've hoping I'll hit Level 60 before the Citadel confrontation with Saren.  Then I'll start ME2 again and import Katie.  Do a full runthrough with her and get that all squared away ready for ME3.  Then I've just gotta do the same with Mark (my MaleShep), and my new Avatar (whose ME2-only at the moment) Cara.

honestly, if i could just carry extra clips of ammo instead of multiple guns, i'd run around with a good heavy pistol and that's all.

I made it to level 60 only once the "right" way. Don't why I did. The amount of garbage you get with minigames it's just amazing. Just to get 100 xp.

After that one time, I cheat.

I've seen this question so many times to the point where I keep a notepad file ready to copy and paste a long answer to the question

No, experience wise, it is Definitely Impossible to make level 60 in one playthrough without using a certain Infinite XP glitch concerning the Mining Laser on Therum
The XP gap between 58 and 60 is absolutely monstrous.
See the XP Table for yourself
 Here's a chart Marshalleck made that illustrates the ridiculous exponential XP Req. Growth in ME1
I started a level one Adept, complete with every achievement bonus active, namely the XP boosting achievements,
and I did

• every side mission
• every DLC quest
• Every exploration scan
• Killed everything on foot
• unlocked every crate
• every optional mission

 Essentially, I gathered every bit of XP possible and at the end of that playthrough, I had just barely hit Level 58.
Doing things legit, and without glitches, you will hit Level 60 in your second playthrough about during your 2nd World Mission if you do what I did

54 to 60 is possible in one playthrough if you kill everything on foot and do ALL the sidequests in particular the Geth invasion sidequest, BDTS and PS are worth a LOT of XP he needs to leave the main story planets for last and do everything first....trust me I did it
