Out of all the present LI in Mass Effect I think the most likely out of all them to cross the gender would be Tali. I can see femshep and Tali having a great romance.  Its rather cute.

The relationship potential that is undoubtedly there.   Whether you agree to it or not, its very difficult to dismiss the fact that your conversations with Tali could be construed to mean something more.   Bioware has laid some building blocks.   Whether it stays as friendship is up to them now.

FemShep/Tali seems absolutely adorable to me. In my original playthrough I apparently missed the Garrus boat by being too paragoney (whryyyyyy~), so I might go for Tali with that playthrough.
