Renée would welcome back almost every one.  About the only ones she doesn't want are Jack and Zaeed.  Both of who are just a bit too uncontrolably violent for her tastes.  Grunt, she figures she can use.  A krogan is useful to her in the sameway Sam Vimes uses Trolls.  Big, ugly, and can take more punishment than anything.  Plus, civilizing him is a long term goal.

Very good question...
Jane would be happy to see Liara and Wrex again in her team. Unfortunately she will never see Ashley any more cause Ash died in Virmire... What about Kaidan... No, She doesn't want him back. He desided to leave her and now if he will be a Spectre like Jane... She doesn't need another Spectre in her team.

Meghan Shepard will be... concerned at Kaidan Alenko's return.  

For good reason, I think.

Finally I made it! One more video about Jane Shepard and the Reapers. Since there is no official FemShep trailer yet and I don't know if it will be at all. So I decided to make my own using videos from ME1, ME2 and two fragments of the official ME3 trailer. What do you think about it?

To be honest the only person Holly doesn't trust very much is Zaeed. She's come to like Jack, and to me it feels like you bond with her a bit if you go the Paragon route. Helping her overcome a few demons, that is. She'd welcome back everyone else in a heartbeat.

I see a potential for some awkwardness with Kaidan, but I think Holly would easily be open to working out any issues they might have with each other. He's definitely one of her closest friends.

Then there's Moira. XD

She was with Kaidan in ME1, and she took Horizon pretty badly. Now she's with Garrus and very much wants to stay with him. I see her being pretty ****y to Kaidan and unhappy with his presence. The confontation about the whole love triangle thing will be... interesting. It won't be ending in his favor.

I see Mac being a little angry with him as well. She wasn't overly fond of his behavior on Horizon, but doesn't talk to her crew much about it. She loves him, though, so they'll end up back together.

I liked it. With the blue text popping out of the relay and everything it gave me this cheesy 80's sci-fi movie vibe, which was great.

Well that really depends on how stuff goes down at the start of ME3, and how the crew gets broken up. So far the only person we're sure is "coming back" in the sense that they left the crew, is Kaidan (well maybe Wrex but I killed him  ).

Kaidan is going to be interesting. Myddine wants him back, but she's not going to be the first to apologize or compromise, which could make things difficult...

As for the rest of the crew, I think she's mostly fine with them. Grunt is a bit of a wildcard and hasn't been fully tamed. Jack is a mad dog, and while Myddine hopes that Jack is her mad dog, things are still awkward between them.

I'm getting the feeling that the Mass Effect team saw what happened with the backlash over Dragon Age 2, and combined with some of the persistent nagging negative feedback on Mass Effect 2 (despite its wild success) they've felt a collective kick in the rear and are hoping avoid and eliminate that kind of response for the third installment of their series.

This makes me a happy panda.  I just hope the Dragon Age team takes the same lessons to heart and restores that series to its former glory too.

The improvement in your writing since you started posting "Valkyrie" has been obvious and vast.  You are a fantastic author.

It's really great Sage. And I agree with this comment, I especially noticed it because I only started reading not too long ago and I went through 10/15 chapters at a time and the improvement is obvious and awesome! Keep it up! I love Kyrie

I think my Jei may be one of the only Paragon FemSheps who is okay with Zaeed, in that "Come on, old man, you can do better than that!" way. It probably didn't hurt that, while he did put those workers in danger, he also helped save them. And by the end, he may have been grumbly about it, but he learned his lesson about putting vengeance before a mission. Then again, maybe he just reminds me of Dragonball Z's Vegeta too much for me to stay angry at him for very long.

Kaidan and Jei's relationship consists of awkward conversations punctuated by hours of silent treatments on a good day anyway, so I'm not too worried about Kaidan coming back, haha. (Besides, that's what multiple save files are for! The alternate universe where she leaves him for Garrus or Thane? Yeah, keeping those. <3)

As will several of my Sheps.  :innocent:  My "cheaters" will all have different reactions, though I doubt the game will allow me to go so in-depth.  Evie will be irrationally angry and not want him to come along, while Delta will just feel horribly guilty and torn.

There's not a whole lot I can say except that I've spent a good 3-4 hours each night over this weekend reading Kyrie's story, all three sections.  I am not a literary critic, far from it, just a somewhat knowledgeable reader, and I hafta say that I'm a huge fan of your writing.  Someone earlier said that your writing has improved since starting Valkyrie, and while I might technically agree, I think you had a great grasp of the characters and the story, as well as the Mass Effect universe, and it shows.  Especially in the conversations and inner monologues of the characters.  Everything "fits."  I've yet to see a moment where I'm shaken out of the spell of your storytelling, and for this, I am awed and very very appreciative. 

Thank you for your interpretation of the Mass Effect saga (thus far!) and I can't wait for further installments.

That being said, Rani likes the story too:

happy panda! yes. i agree about da, too. it's funny, i'm playing DA:O again (only finished it once) and while i do like it a great deal, it just never fully ropes me in the way ME did/does and i know it's totally because of femshep. i *really* like this cousland i made, really like the mods i've hackzored in, and yet, i feel this detachment that i just never manage with ME. such an odd thing.

btw, since i actually up and made myself a twitter account to follow this #femshep madness, is there somewhere that i can get the handles for folks here so i can follow on twitter also? i'm assuming through the @femshep_com?
