@ AD: yes, i am very impressed with @dsilvermanea's responses and response time in general. very cool. i am enjoying watching @truffle's tweets too, though i'm trying to avoid spoilers. 'course, i don't mind spoilers about skills. i just don't want any about story. if there's carnage or not or whatever doesn't bother me too much. i figure whatever classes they make, i'll figure out something i like to play. sort of how i go into every game, really.

though i DO want singularity, of course. and i'd like barrier. without those, my shep wouldn't feel like my shep as much anymore. beyond that though, i really don't care as much as i do about a certain biotic tech guy showing up.

doing my insanity run on ME1 made me appreciate singularity so much with my full powered self insert. He and liara made taking down charging Krogan easier. Barrier is the same even though Jacob spams the hell out of it (same with Grunt and fortification) but in the righ hands it's amazing. plus powers can be combined! that should make for some astounding combat.

I sympathize My first ever Shepard from ME1 was an adept, so even as I tried other classes later on they feel... a little odd. Sort of like they woke up in alternate univere and trying to get a feel for it and missing that something that made them (my) Shepards. It's the same thing with appearance for me too. If I alter the features away too much from the first original, they feel out of their skin. 

Latest incarnation: ditched heavy weapons, got a shotgun.

My first ME2 play was an adept also.  After watching Sage's Vids I realised I never played her that effectively.  Additionally I took secondary sniper training. Using powers down a scope is horrible 


Anyway played Arrival with her again recently and loved it.  Had to do a respec but I remember what drew me to a pure biotic Shepard again!! :happy:
