Shepard's Story

This is probably the longest and most complicated thing I've made.  I tried to keep it exciting, powerful and intriguing. It's the story of Trista Shepard, my Colonist/Sole Survivor Soldier.

Excellent video, Aislinn. Great work as usual.

As for the funarel scene, I thought it was well done. The game gives you absolutely nothing to work with in that regard, so even putting something like that in to a vid was always going to require making it from scratch. I thought it was really impressive.

@Sage: Bah! You have seen through my dastardly plan to try and get you to make a sequel to your awesome femshep vid.

As for moving to the ME3 forum? I vote we stay here. There's nothing really to talk about ME3 wise as yet, and I'd like to avoid too many ME3 spoilers, if possible.

It's 1:34 here right now. In the morning. And the bug will most likely screw up femShep codes too. I'll rewrite the formating completely. It's actually easier and much better for user POW.

By the way, everything should be fixed now and the output formatting is much better now. If the formatting is not correct, use any other text viewer/editor than Notepad (web browser does the trick too). EDIT: That Notepad formatting issue is now fixed.

Hi there, newbie is in the house (thread, whatever). First post ever on this entire network, but I started playing Mass Effect in... February? Wait, no, I was still playing Dragon Age then... uh... I think I started my first playthrough sometime in April (finished it within a week, but only cos it was term break and I was playing it on casual mode), then an awesome friend of mine gifted me with ME2, so I started with that immediately, and also finished it just before the next term started! (Needless to say, my schoolwork suffered quite a bit.)

So yeah. Since then, I've completed ME1 with two other characters, started ME2 with them a fair while ago, and am also doing a second playthrough of my first ME1 character, trying to get to level 60 on Hardcore. Hasn't gone too badly, so far, but I suspect that's in large part due to the fact that I'm starting out at a high level and have retained all my Master Spectre gear, eheh.

And all of my Shepards so far have been - and most likely will be - female. Can you tell I like femshep yet?

So yeah, sorry if my intro post was too long and boring and... uh, yeah... I'll just... *cough*. (Can you also tell that I don't do this often?)

Hi, thanks for the welcome! Good thing I recently found out how to take screenshots of ME1, I've actually been spamming the F11 key throughout my soldier replay. Just a few questions:

1. How do I put pics on this thread? Just paste? Does it have to be in a particular format?
2. How do you take screenshots in ME2? Is there an assigned key? (PrtScn doesn't work for me)

You can use Fraps to take screenshots, then upload them to a site like Imageshack und use the [ img] [ /img] tags and the picture link to show them here.

You can use the img tag to post pictures hosted elsewhere (I would advise against imgur btw)
[ img]http://your_picture_url.jpg[ /img] (without the spaces in the tag)

In ME2 setting the screenshot key means you have to edit the Coalesced.ini I think.
Easiest way is to just run fraps and use the screenshot key setup in fraps.

EDIT: lol yeah what f1r3storm said =P

Her hair hopefully, who doesn't want their renegade to have an equally rebellious hairstyle? Anyone who even glances at the Mass Effect CC can figure out that "moar" is what it needs, should have got it in ME2 but it's a little late for that.

Can't remember what page that was on, but I remember you saying something along those lines
