I meant more like how much time it takes for you to play from one Shep to the next? Can you do it relatively quickly or does it take a bit of time before you can shift gears? I want to know how you all manage it, because I know it's taking me a looong time to get to it. xP

Well my two Sheps are both similar and different, both Colonists but one a War Hero the other Ruthless. They're both Biotics but one is defensive in nature (Sentinel) the other aggressive in nature (Vanguard) and they both fall for the same LI (Liara) but for different reasons and with a particular dynamic to that relationship. That way I can see other parts of the game but without the 2nd one just being a reactionary "opposite Shep", which is a bit of a flat character to have.

That was how I got over the "This Shepard is the only Shepard for me" mental block.



Plus when Colleen finally came together and I got her in the game she just looked "right", kind when she wants to be and tough when she  has to be.

On my third now, that one took me days to create.
Maybe park your behinds behind the CC and muck about a bit, you might actually create something you love =)
Otherwise you could always share the facecodes with the unsuspecting masses over at masseffect2faces.com 
I'm gonna do that actually when I get some spare time, just create a bunch of different ones and post them up. That's the plan anyways hehe.

Nah not posting her up there and defo no ditching hehe, I might toss Laire up still though, dunno =/
BF needs to not play so much Battlefield is the issue, I'd have more 'face-time' with Raine.

Anyways, I'm out from tomorrow on, back on Monday. Enjoy the weekend all =)

I've been skimming some of the pages on this thread, and so many of these FemSheps I'm seeing are blooming gorgeous. I'm also kind of relieved that I'm not the only one who has agonized over trying to achieve "the look." The squared jaws are my favorite; they're perfect for the female Shepard, that's what I believe. They are the jaws of leaders!

aw... thanks. i did so enjoy the thane and garrus romances through your saves. also playing the liaramance with ryn's katherine was just "dawwww."

i don't think i'd gotten my head in the game for the jacob one though, because i just kept giggling. kallen was probably looking out at the screen going 'wtf is YOUR problem?'

eh, yeah. i have earlier incarnations of kyrie that i keep thinking i may, someday, go back and try to turn them into a full-fledge femshep in their own rights, not just bumps along the road to her.

 but then i get stuck on 

1) how i'd justify them being a renegon, becuase i really would want to play that but not make it seem crazy. kyrie's reasoning is just how i see shep's reasoning at this point, in all it's slightly mad glory.

2) a class for her. can't do adept and vanguard seems to obvious. i wanna try engineer, but again, want it to fit the renegon mentality and

3) romance - just not sure which one i'd choose. i think it would be thane, but i feel like he deserves a paragon? hmmm... mebbe ashley. i'd want to know i could import her, though.

and 4) which VS to save. i'd be tempted to save ash just to have the 'other' side of the story, but i don't think i could leave kaidan

anyhow, scuse my rambling.

This. Honestly, I don't know why we couldn't have just split the team up, and rendevous back to one spot. Or maybe if Saren wasn't running his mouth, we could have gotten both. Goddamn plot!

Sounds like a plan. I intend my next Shep to be more Renegade than Paragon, as opposed to my main Shep who's more Paragon than Renegade. Same ends, different means - but with different LIs. Hmm... might actually work.

Hee, it's the same with Jennelyn. She looks about ready to tear a quad off most times but she can carry an innocent look surprisingly well.

And I'm pretty sure I already said this at some point, but Colleen looks GORGEOUS! Did you happen to use a texmod on her or was she made purely through CC? Because she looks so set apart from most of what I've seen.

I'm using an old version of ELE's Texmod, I Texmod both my Shepards now since it makes them stand out from the other "generic" NPCs in the world. The eyebrows are part of the texmod and not avaliable thru the CC, same with the lip shape / texture and the dark eyeliner.

No break needed, unless I'm just sick of playing Mass Effect (gasp.)  It helps to have distinct backgrounds and alignments for me.  To differentiate.

That bun is LOVE! I used it on Jennelyn's first incarnation, too. Though you wouldn't want to see how she was back then. It's quite cringe-worthy. xD

I do see a bit of Ash in there, now that you mention it. Very subtle, but it's there.

Custom textures do help a lot in that regard. Makes me wish the CC gave us more than just the three. Thank god for the modding community! xD Anyway, again, great job on Colleen!

heh. i did like sophie shep's look up there. it was just something went wrong in my head when i tried to play as her. i don't know how she kept RPing away from me. she was supposed to be this uber paragon spacer war hero and really nice, but she was just way damaged, dismissive of kaidan, and just...MEAN. i had no sympathy for her. who knows. maybe someday i'll go back and tweak her until she makes sense as a characer and gets all cool and renegon, but i was rather happy to ditch her for kyrie.

I find that Paragon seems to fit Thane the best. Just feels... natural. XD

To be completely honest, when I created Moira (who is a Renegon) I thought I was going to hate playing her. She's really grown on me and has become one of my favorite Shepards. As for romances, I think Garrus really fits well with a Renegade. What's nice about Garrus is he's malleable, so you can romance him with any alignment and it feels pretty natural. As a Paragon, you can steer him away from a dark path or act as the enabler as a Renegade.

Renegon to me, is a character who's willing to do what it takes to get the job done. That doesn't necessarily mean they are against non-humans, or want to harm innocents. I managed to accomplish that playing Moira. It does take some refinement. Paragade is significantly easier to pull off, imo.

As for a class, Moira is an Engineer.  I imagine she's a bit of an evil genius, while also being stubborn and believes she knows all there is (slightly curmudgeon-like).

Me:  "Crap."

I can't say I haven't entertained the thought at some point. xD I can't seem to play any other Shep apart from my first one though. The voice stuck; feels weird to hear the same voice coming from a different person. But I know I'll get over it... eventually.

Or youcould do whta I do and just make multiple versions of your one shepard. I think I ahve a Kallen for every class....no I'm missing an infiltrtor and sentinel Kallen. Solider Kallen is with Ashley/Miranda, Engineer Kallen is with Kaidan, adept Kallen is with Liara/Jacob, and Vanguard Kallen is with Kaidan/Kelly

Aislinn, definately agree with you about Thane Paragon compass feels more natural with him, though I do have a renegon Shepard who had ironically mellowed out a little since meeting him. Garrus... Garrus is Garrus .
