I would be pleased if they would just improve current hair styles (more like tech update to take advantage of processing power). Less hair styles iis better than trillion crapolas but then again I know nothing about hair styles (but I do spot "hair helmets").

I decided to go ahead and create the Miri-mancing Shepard that was bouncing around in my head in the off-chance that Miranda suddenly becomes available for s/s romances in ME3.

Meet Veronica:

Spacer/War Hero, but definitely NOT the paragon of virtue that the Alliance makes her out to be. She's cocky and brash with the skill to back up the talk. She's used to getting her way and having things handed to her (having a parent in the military and being a gifted biotic will do that).

She and Miranda butt heads throughout ME2, since Veronica feels like she's TIM has 'chosen' her over Miranda in the fight against the Reapers. Over the course of the events in ME2, with all of Veronica's old ties to the Alliance turning their back on her, and Cerberus not turning out to be quite the high-minded organization Miranda took it for, they find common ground in their isolation together. Their burgeoning respect coalesces into friendship, and eventually romantic feelings as the end of the galaxy quickly approaches.

At least that's what I'm hoping ::fingers crossed::

A couple of photos I just wanted to share with the group. One is of my FemShep, Kara (apologies for the subtitles):

The second is a photo I call "There Was A Hole". It's nothing fancy and you can't even see Kara's face, but I've always found this area haunting. Legion was the one casualty in my prime playthrough, in part because Kara sided with Tali in her dispute with Legion. Kara, who accepted reinstatement as a Spectre, sees her primary responsibility as a soldier to defend the system of government and way of life established in Citadel space and eliminate threats that would disrupt the same. Her suspicion of the Geth and perception of their threat led, in part, to Legion's death. With the suicide mission completed and the Reapers coming, Kara is sometimes haunted by the potential impact of her decision.

I think this screenshot underlines the overriding question for my primary Shepard: by attempting to protect and defend society as it is and respecting a soldier's duty to serve civilian government, is Shepard ensuring that that society will be too brittle to adapt as necessary defeat the Reapers? Is Shepard unable to adapt?

I think society on the whole even knowing the potential dangers refuse to acknowledge it a lot of the time. Commen defense mechanism.  Even still they and Shepard can adapt. But when the Reapers have struck this fast and hard, its simply leads to confusion and panic. This is where Shepard excells knowing the threat and danger where society verges on crumbling unless it looks to people like Shepard.
