I LOVE the pic. that is the coolest thing ever. a t-shirt with that would rock so much.

I was just about to say how awesome this would look on a shirt. xD *nerd high-five!*

I feel a little less nerdy now. Glad you approve. :)

And since I already had pics of Kyrie, Mackenzie & Moira from making my class wallpapers, and they were fairly quick to make... well here you go. Enjoy and do with them as you please. ^_^

Apologies if they take a while to download. I had to save them as PNGs to make them transparent, so they're quite big.

AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is SO friggin aWESOME!

Akari, you have totally made my day. I am going to make that into a t-shirt, just see if I don't.

Dang, I'll have to wait a little bit until I'm back to my normal size to wear it, but I am so getting that on a shirt. Hmm.... light blue? light gray?

*dances*

@Akari - Those are fantastic! Really well done and would definitely make for a good t-shirt.

Slightly OT, but has anyone else see this?  10 Things Mass Effect fans MUST know from Tie-ins?  First one makes the case for Shepard being female. Very spoilerish if you haven't read all the books and comics, so be warned.

I'd recommend grey, but blue might work as well. If it doesn't I can always tweak the colours for you. Soon we'll have an army of people wearing femshep apparel. :wizard:

Shadow also asked for one on the femshep chat, so here it is:

Yes, I read it, and I also noticed that it made the case for Shep being female. The author even says she instead of he when referring to Shep.  I forgot to check if the author was male or female though. oops. But, the evidence of Bioware having a lot of strong female characters was definitely nice to see. I'm usually really pleased with how Bioware portrays women - it really helps when you create strong females in media.  Though their efforts are somewhat damaged when they put those women in catsuits...

@ akari - oooh! lili shep! she's so deadly/gorgeous.

@ jamie - i did see that. i now have decided that rather than read the spoilers, i think i'll just put all the ME novels on my reading list. i mean, i have until march, right?

Yeah the author there was a total femshep fan  :)  B)  Always referred to Shepard as "she".  Quite apparent in point #8

I havent read the books. I never intended too so read the heavy spoilers about them all. However after going through all that I am quite tempted to actually give them a go even with the spoiler knowledge!

@sagequeen, khevan- Both of you are my heroes. I hope I turn out to be like you guys when I marry and have kids of my own. My family (less my younger sister) really gets why I like gaming so much and they always perceive it as something negative. What they don't understand is that gaming is more than a mindless past-time for me. My grandma in particular always tells me that one day when I grow older I'll leave gaming behind for sure, and while I think that it won't happen, there's always that what-if. It scares me sometimes.

So yeah, long story short, thanks for showing us that it is possible to be a parent, a productive member of society, and a gamer all at the same time. :)

There can never be enough nerding! :wizard: Awesome work as always!

If you don't mind me asking, that sort of brush/splatter thing on the N7 logo that you used, is that a custom brush or did you draw that in manually? I always have trouble replicating blood splatter by hand. >__<

I have it bookmarked. I doubt I'd have time to read all the novels (barely finished one of the Dragon Age novels) so I'll definitely be checking this out.

Even if you've read all the available books and comics, number 7 on this list has details about Mass Effect: Deception, which isn't even out yet (it's due in January), so be especially warned if you're planning on reading it and don't want it spoiled.

I read it on my lunch break (I live on the West Coast US)  I'm currently getting the tie-in books over time.

Yes, I'd like to meet Kahlee Sanders, but I still think Udina should not be in any more of a senior posistion.  He's hasn't shown the presance you'd normally expect from an indvidual in such a public posisition on screen.  Off screen?  Drew and company have a better idea of how he was intended to show up.

OTOH, the new t-shirts look awfuly tempting.  Especially the Miranda pin-up!

my grandma never quite got that my brother and i were making the little italian plumbers jump around the screen. she honestly thought it was a really boring movie we were watching.

but thanks. i certainly game less than i used to (which is probably a good thing, considering my past mmo addiction), but i refuse to give it up entirely.

speaking of which, ima try and get in an hour of da2 now...

@ akari - i am loving these femshep images. they are just beautiful. and some day, i'm going to be walking down the streets of some city and see someone wearing one of these and run over and give them a high five because i'm going to assume it's one of you all. :P

@ khevan:  *picsnip* oh, and kat looks great. i really like the skintone and nose changes.

Thanks.  Considering where I started in the CC, I'm really surprised that she resembles Kyrie so much.  I found this Shep in the Share your Shepard thread, and used her as a base to start with.  Thinned the lips, altered quite a few of the settings, and came up with something radically different.  It was only after I posted the first pics of Kat that I realized how much like Kyrie she looks like.  I hope you don't think I copied Kyrie.  I wouldn't wanna make her mad.  Posted Image

@nranola:  Thanks.  My schedule is a somewhat unconventional one.  I leave home to go to work at around 1pm, and don't get home until 1:30am, Monday thru Thursday.  I usually spend a coupla hours either online or gaming, and get to bed around 3-3:30 am, to get up at 10 with my son, and start the day over.  So, I get some hours to game, but I've had to curtail the all night gaming sessions I used to have when I was single.  Like I said, though, I wouldn't trade it for the world.  Being a dad is just too fulfilling, even if it is hard on the sleep schedule and the gaming habit.  Some days I trade sleep, some days I trade gaming.  But every day I hafta be a dad, so it all works out ok.  I won't give up gaming completely, it's just too much fun, but like all things, it's best in moderation.

@Akari:  Those PNG's are simply FREAKING AWESOME!  I am constantly amazed and impressed by the talent found in this thread.
