I've been thinking about making a tee that says "It's Jane Shepard" for months now (even if my MainShep isn't Jane).

Definitely Kasumi, I bet shes got some great dance moves! 
Plus I think after a couple of drinks down Omega she would be hilariously good fun.
My second choice.... hmmm tough one I know Tali and Garrus can dance... but I dont think they would come along.
