Just FYI I'm NOT trying to improve any of those propositions or present my own, I was just trying to see how my Shep would look on that poster :D There are better images on DA now.
I'd like to keep this image in this thread only, so it wouldn't land in that blonde-hating, weird thread on ME3 boards.

Is that Marge? She looks amazing, Akodo! :) I wish I could do something like that for my Jane... or maybe Mikaela (I love her face)

Love the hair style.  I like how the hair flows around her neck to the front.

I wish Bioware had gone with the hairstyle of #5 (the blonde) but with the facial features of #4, and made her a brunette.  That, to me, would be the best combination.

That being said, all 6 are FREAKING AWESOME!  And as a relatively new fanshep devotee, I cannot help but be all bouncyexcited about all the attention that she's getting.  Speaking as a resident of the U.S., and not speaking on behalf of other cultures, I think our culture needs more strong, independant female role figures like this.

And, as a heterosexual manly-type man, who is comfortable with his sexuality, I feel no shame in saying the following:

NEW FEMSHEP PICS!!!!  *SQUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE*

BTW:  @sagequeen  Just read your newest chapter.  Loved it!  Looking forward to more chapters, but I can wait patiently.  Posted Image

I couldn't resist making my own version of BioWare's FemShep poster:

All credit for the original concept goes to BioWare, of course.

I have to say that DA:O is better than what I expected (visually too). I think I know why people don't seem to like DA2 that much.

Lots of talk about omg Blonde Default FemShep.  Since my FemShep is blonde, wears pink and is very feminine in a badass sorta way it's all good to me. ;)  Here's what Shenzi did just to show me what Tris's preferred armor color would look like on Shep #5. ;)

@Chignon - I didn't think it was possible for Noah to look more badass than she already does. I stand corrected. Nice!

@Star58 - I hope armor customization returns in ME3. That color really looks good on #5. Nice pic!

@FemShep thread - Been gone a while playing DA:O (never beat the game, figured it was time to), so I've missed alot, and there's too much for me to mention individually. I've said this before but it's absolutely true. I am constantly astounded and amazed by the talent in this thread. Every piece of art is fantastic. Incredible work, all of you artists, really incredible. *standing ovation*

As for this new "twist" on FemShep. I think vulnerability is a great possibility.
Anyone think FemShep will at some point.........
*suspense*
..............cry?
DUN DUN DUNNNNNNNNN.

In a way I hope it happens but I'm very particular about how and when it should happen. It should not be while on a mission. If it is going to happen, it should be back on the Normandy, privately with maybe the love interest there. I don't want sobbing, just maybe a few silent tears. And it must be after something really terrible happens. Someone important dies? (Maybe the LI?) A whole system is lost? Field of dead puppies? Just something really horrible. I know crying probably won't fit eveyone's Shepard so maybe make it an option. Like you have to say certain things in the right order for it to happen or maybe part of the dialogue wheel.

This is what I meant by IF she were to cry. Shepard is strong. She could be a stoic crier, and whenever it had to happen, she did it quietly and without a fuss? Though if its really a "twist", then it could just be very emotional and heartbraking, like in thane's romance, where he punched Sheps desk. Shep could do the same...or a wall? Though i really don't know. I like if the LI came in to check up on her and caught her either on the verge of crying, or with a tear already down her cheek. And yes - no sobbing.

I like the idea of it being an option. Could be also an interrupt? The conversation b/w Shepard and LI could further be hurting her and she can try to put a sudden stop to it but also cry as a result? Im just throwing in my 2 credits ;P

@AkodoRyu : Posted Image Thats so beautiful. I love how you put in some scars on her face. Nice touch.

Noah looks fantastic Chig! Love this picture! Great job indeed!:)

I guess many people would probably make such screens with their FemSheps. I wish I could do the same for mine... But my photoshop and painting skills are not good enough for this...

I just hope we can tweak the new default.  But even if she turns out like Sheploo, as a custom texture map, than I'm ok with that, since we can still create custom Sheps.

My guess would be that she will be like Sheploo, better texture map, but not customizable. (Like default LadyHawke).
But you can tweak your ME2 imported Shepard or customize based on default Jane 1.0.  My canon, UJ, was based on Jane 1.0.

That's what I'm guessing too, but one can hope for some customization of the new default.  I love all 6 concepts, and since my canon, Kat, is a blonde, I'd be perfectly fine with #5, but I love the face of #4.  Just not a fan of all that hair in her face.  But anyways, whatever BW decides to go with for ME3, I'm just happy that FemShep is getting all the love! *snip*

Yah know, I recently finished a run of DA2, and while I really, REELY enjoyed the story, I have to say that the DA universe just leaves me cold in a way the ME one never does. I think it has to do with the fact that I always feel like at any moment someone (or everyone) is going to betray me (and they often do) and I have a hard time wanting to fight for a world so full of misery.

ME, on the other hand, I feel like it's a place worth fighting for. There are bright spots, and the people are worth fighting for. I also feel like I'm less trapped in the choices there - like they matter more and are more far-reaching.

eh, just my 2 cents. have a femshep and team:
