I think you did a good job conveying Shepard's mixed sense of apprehension and resolve. She didn't waver in her determination to rally against the reapers despite knowing and lamenting the potential cost of victory. I also dug that underlying melancholy vibe that suggested she was ready to finish the fight and move on. Who could blame her, right?

I like the idea of the burnt out hero. If you wouldn't mind, could you give me an example of how that might play out?

For example, for the trait of hating all batarians, no matter how paragon a shepard is she can't do anything but kill them. That means killing the ones that took Mordin's assistant hostage and leaving the plague victim to die. Etc, etc.

Could you give me an idea of how a decision might play out for a burnt out hero? It sounds like an interesting idea to toy around with.

 Very nice :happy:  Love the concept of it!   Actually its quite nice to see light blurs and movement lines and light blurs. I tried doing it for my avatar pic but I think the lines came off far to faint and the doint actually represent anything much. I may come back again to that at some point

Anyway again really nice hyper!

I can see what you meant, the blurring lights are quite hard to get it 'right', and if you are using a pictures, it would even harder since you may never find the one you like ^^

 Now thats a really nice redesign!!  :happy:   Nice how its still  short length.   The new designs for hair while impressive, do look more out of a hair saloon.


She better have the option for a breather mask in ME3.  No way will she put on a helmet and mess up those styles!!

Played with weariness and heavy cynicism perhaps? People are assessed on their likelihood to be a threat either now or in the future.

Take Helena Blake's missions for an example. The gangs are drug dealers and slavers, eliminating them is a good thing. Then there's Blake herself, she's given a choice surrender to the authoirities or die. There's no thought of sweet talking the gang leader into being a better person. Only that this woman will not be given the chance to ruin anyone's life or be yet another fight in Shepard's future.

On Feros, every colonist that can't be saved is a personal failure. Ethan Jeong is talked into doing right by the colony because saving these people is her duty. Essentially burnt out hero+broken idealist=renegon.
