When a big (in the UK) gaming magazine says that, you know that FemShep's not as underground as we thought!

Cheekbone depth isn't anyone's fault though. BW should have given us a proper CC that allowed us to see the PC's head from all angles. Instead, they decided they would just have Shepard turn his/her head to a slight angle, from which it is utterly impossible to get a good cheek depth perception.
I find getting the cheeks to look right on femshep is one of the hardest parts of building a good one. it's like the CC doesn't WANT you to flesh her face out properly once you've got the underlying features in place.
course, DA2 was the same way. i spent ages trying to give my chars rounded cheeks

I'd say you're right. to this day, I still don't know the cheek depths at all. I really hope they change this in ME3, but my hopes aren't high.

Hmm... My guess would be that you did something with the scalp textures. From what I know the only modded hairstyle that needs a different value for scalp textures in the mohawk; you only need to modify the _Diff and _Norm values for the rest.Aya Brea wrote...
Having a little issue
I downloaded the Gibbed Editor, and edited all of the hair texture and mesh values to change my fem shep to the "classy" hair style, using the values listed in this thread. The hair shows up, but her scalp is missing the texture, it looks white. Anyone know what may have went wrong? Thanks in advance!!!

Since I only started playing ME/ME2 a couple of month ago I do/didn't have to go where you pioneers went. I copied a couple of facecodes off MassEffect2Faces that I liked, chose the best looking (IMOO) two, and sort of averaged the sliders out between them. In ME2.TheMarshal wrote...
How many iterations have your FemSheps gone through? I don't mean trips through the CC necessarily, since I've done 8-12 in one sitting. I mean how many times have you "settled" on a look for them, gone through one or two playthroughs, and then thought "well maybe I can tweak this here... and that there..."?
Or have you been consistently happy with how she looks?

Has anyone seen any info on when we are going to see the Femshep trailer? Seems all news has drifted off into the mist.

She's going to turn herself in like a good and honorable soldier. Quite the idealist.

Yes, it would be nice to setup the face so the character you created doesn't look like one of the aliens from the old Star Trek episode The Cage when viewed from a certain angle. Some of the hairstyles mitigate that, I think.

(When I created Kylie based off of Kyrie, I spent a long time adjusting sliders in ME2, then switching between the import and the new face I was creating to see if I was anywhere near what the import's settings were. Then eventually got something close enough to Kyrie's face and adjusted it to make Kylie's look. Then when I created Kelly's face I simply used Kylie's facecode and adjusted from there. Anyone confused or should I create another Femshep with a two-syllable name starting with the letter K?)
