It also seems like it would be a shot-trap to me, but that's a case of Engineer's Disease.
EDIT: Picture of a FemShep in said armor.

It does look less feminine compared to ME2's default armor, yeah. There's this one variation of the N7 armor that appears a bit more bulky, but it's a bit too much bulk for me. ME3 armor's got a nice balance - not too light, not too heavy. I like it.floccinaucinihilipilification wrote...
Btw, has anyone else noticed how masculine the new N7 armour is, compared to ME2's? Here's to hope we'll see the same in game. Cheers BioWare!

I updated the files of the femshep high res project, the older ones where a bit off, arround the nose mainly. These are the new screenshots:

Those are amazing. I especially like the second one. Even her scarring looks much better than I'm used to seeing.

The way I think this is that if knife can cut it, it has nothing to do with armour. Protective clothing is another thing - I'm not sure what category would fit the best for Miri's **** outfit.sagequeen wrote...

And then there's form fitting armor:

And while molded boob-cups strike me as a little unnecessary, I don't mind them over much. I preferred DA2's style of fem-armor, personally:

But with the jumpsuits, even though they were skin-tight, they didn't seem oversexualized because they were so practical in their detailing. it seemed pretty clear they were like running gear or something, where the person inside might look good, but the clothes were there to get the job done first and foremost.

^ I suppose you *could* make that argument of miri's armor, but it still looks awfully flimsy to me.
