#MassEffect3. Let's see if we can get it trending today. Will post 50 #Xbox Avatar codes for the #ME3 Normandy if we do it! @BioFeed

^ twitter

Wait. Do what? End the vote?

Make #MassEffect3 trend on twitter. He'll release 50 xbox codes then.
I've retweeted his initial tweet and made a random tweet mentioning #MassEffect3 aswell to aid the cause.

I see.

Colonist/Sole Survivor.  Dunno how, but it ended up making her cocky as hell.  :o

On the 360 Kallen's got a colonist and an earthborn background but she's always had a ruthless psych profile. for earthborn she was a lone wolf, even with the Reds. She got into the alliance by snitching on all of the Reds in exchange for immunity and gladly turned them all in because she felt they were beneath her. For colonist she carried anger at the Batarians for mindoir allt he way to Torfan and we all know how tht turned out.

For her Spacer (canon) backgorund though, I imagined that being around the Alliance all the time was something that drove her to become the best. After her father died she became more ruthless in her training and combat excercises which led to her wiping out every batarian in the Torfan base. Her Brother joining the Alliance also pushe dher to the rank of Commander since she didn't want him, as a biotic, to surpass her just because of that. Since hse's been around the Alliance she's gotten used to having alot of attention, whether it be from the brass or media outlets. She's sort of a showman, an over the top showman at that, and she does things with style and flash. (In G&P she flips over the Praetorian in the collectors ship and snipes it from above with the widow, oh andshe took all three major weapons instead of just taking one.) With her massive ego driving her  wouldn't put it past her to go back to the collector base, which she kept, for her self as she plans to enslave the Illusive man, and try to make the human reaper active to serve her against it's brethren.Posted Image

Hm, apparently it is unlikely we'll see many female aliens too. FemShep has to pick up the slack in that department too, I guess ;3;

Somehow I doubt that their not going to show female aliens in ME3. The salarians are governed by their females, Garrus has a sister we might see, and if we go to Kahje I doubt they'll just show us drell men. My guess is that BW just messed up the answer.

I don't see how it's possible for them not to show female aliens when we're saving home worlds.

I wouldn't be surprised if the salarian councilor is female.

Well, the ME3 producer said it in one of the Q&As they had at Gamescom. He was asked when we would see female aliens "other than asari, quarians and krogan" and his response was "Well, probably not in Mass Effect 3 so you'll just have to hold your breath a little while longer." I don't think the game's producer would be that ignorant of the product he is working on. Who knows if it'll change from here to release date?

This thread has slowed down a lot.

So, then... just gonna share a new screenie of a moment with some slight emotional suppression going on.

Very slight, yes.  Almost unnoticeable in fact.  Really.

We know we see a female krogan since we've seen her in the demo.  Granted she's in a suit and doesn't look much different from a male krogan.

I'd be really surprised if we don't see female turians.  And pretty disappointed... honestly, we kind of deserve to see them after all this time.

Salarians, meh.  If they follow the amphibians they're so clearly based off of, salarian females will look exactly like the males.

thanks. She was my second Shep and my favorite. I wanted her to be pretty, but unconventionally pretty. I think I had it right with her.

Whaaat? No female turians? Don't they just have to shorten the pointed head-things considerably (if the comics are any basis)? I was looking forward to seeing some of them in there. :(

I really hope that he meant that it hasn't been decided yet or that he's derpblivious to it when he said "hold your breath". It's the last game of the trilogy, where else are we going to see it, if at all?

Jennelyn, my main Shep, is a Colonist/Sole Survivor. Lost her family on Mindoir, lost her friends on Akuze... that caused her a lot of emotional trauma. Because of that she's the type who'd always look for a compromise and prefers diplomatic solutions over violent ones - though she's known to throw a few punches should the need call for it. She's also come to terms with how aliens weren't all like the ones who killed her family on Mindoir. She isn't adverse to opening herself up to people, although her past experiences has made her somewhat hesitant.

Jennica, my alternate Shep, is a Colonist/Ruthless. Unlike with Jennelyn, the effect of Mindoir on her was more destructive. She's especially prejudice towards batarians (case in point, Torfan) and is generally distrustful of other alien species. She's the type who won't hesitate to shoot someone or something if it had the potential to screw things up in the future - a "don't take any chances" kind of attitude. She's not cold-hearted (she takes care of her own); she's just being practical. She also has little tolerance for weakness.

tl;dr - Jennelyn is a Colonist/Sole Survivor Paragade, Jennica is a Colonist/Ruthless Renegon. xP

It's the ME3 forums that are causing this. The whole ME2 section is "almost" dead.

It would be nice if this thread would move to ME3 section since all the actions seems to happen there for now. But there's the combined Shep thread... which doesn't seem to work that well. Even Joker romance thread is two times more popular than that thread. O_o

Nice work!  How did you get the biotic effect?  I'm trying to do a custom picture at the moment, but I suck so hard at Photoshop it's not true!

I agree with this. I was gone from these forums for about four months and when I came back, I got excited to see the ME3 forums and was delighted to see they had one set aside specifically for characters and romances. I checked the ME3 forums constantly, but I just couldn't find the FemShep thread. There is a thread dedicated to Shepard and I thought maybe FemShep thread had to merge with the male Shep thread? Took a bit of searching, but I finally found the FemShep thread in the last place I'd think to look -- in the ME2 section. =p I'm a little puzzled why every other fan thread has moved over to ME3, but FemShep stayed behind.
