Hi,

Wanted to show off my FemShep. It's the first character I ever created in the game. So she has been with me for a while and I almost love her ^^

Lejn Shepard
Infiltraitor
A bit more Paragon, but can change quickly when needed (did let the council die, didn't want to risk it).

GLOVES OOON!

She is a very fine looking femshep ^^

I can see how the history with character will affect our decision in some way, especially when you role play it. There's time that I tried to have a Pro Human + Pro Cerberus femshep, but I just can't be that extreme. May be I should ask my wife to choose those options for me when I turn my head away from the game lol

Thanks! And I just realized one of my hardest choice is coming up. I really like Legion a lot, but I recall Miranda saying that Cerebus has a bounty out for an intact geth. #$%! Yeaaaah, gonna have to turn him in. =/ (Wonder what that means in regards to his loyalty mission about heretics if I don't activate him.)

@Dougremer -- I totally see why you love her. Absolutely get her hardass appeal. We all have a soft spot for our first characters. I really like the profile picture of her next to Miranda. She looks fabulous.

So, I dropped a request to Casey Hudson and David Silverman on Twitter pretty much begging for the Predator M armor that Artemis wears all the time in both ME1 and ME2 to be available in ME3, even as DLC, for which I'd be willing to brave the Bioware Points Store to drop a few bucks.

The response? "I'll ask around" from David Silverman.

WOO!

It'll probably come to nothing, but fingers crossed that Artemis (and any of all of your femSheps who prefer this armor) can continue looking like this in ME3, without the need for TexMod.

one for Andromeda since she hasn't made it past this point in her current ME1/ME2 run

Thanks! Yeah I know, she's a bad ass and the most interesting thing with her is that the more I play the more she develop into something a bit sad. It's a heavy burden being a Shepard sometimes and I can feel it so well with the looks she has.
And since it's been through 2 games everything gets deeper in her mind (at least that's how I want to play). Therefore Liara is also the perfect mate for her, since she's so caring about shepard. So she's really a sweet woman but can't be that right now. Aaa! I just love this game. Can't wait for ME 3.

And I love playing Infiltraitor, even though it was a bit tricky in the first game when you had to take care of the flying Saren ;D

Then I have 2 more wemon on the go in ME1 and 3 men (want to try every class), but it feels a bit weird to not play Lejn anymore.

I liked your Judith, I think it's hard to make that curly hair look good, but you did it! :)

The goggles! They do NOTHING!!! :D

Otherwise, very good drawing by your friend and coloring by you.

Disclaimer: before you complement me on drawing, I just did the coloring. A friend did the actual line art.

Anyway, this is how I envision Mara when she's just relaxing on the Normandy or is out on shore leave. She wears the goggles because, well, she's a dork. Simple as that. The really hard to see squigglie line behind her dog-tag chain is a tattoo that says "Liara" and you can kind of see the ring on her left hand.

Anyone else wondering how the improved hair is going to change the look of you Shepard?

I doubt it'll change her look too much.  I'm just hoping for one scene where she pulls her hair back into a ponytail 'cause ****'s about to get real.

I definitely am! I like to pretend Joan originally hacked her hair off and bleached it just to be a punk. I can definitely see her cleaning herself up for the trial on Earth (since she's putting on uniform blues for it, according to Admiral Hackett unless I misremembered what he said) which means that she: A) goes back to black hair B) can pick a different chin-length (ish) style if desired or C) #$%! it, she's fine as is! =D

If one of the long hair styles is amazing, I can pretend that one of my alt Shepards who's been wearing her hair in a bun/ponytail this whole time finally let it down just like Ashley did. That'll keep me from being irritated that certain hairstyles weren't retroactive back to ME1 and ME2, y'know?

I hope my no no-noncense Sheps get to keep their buns and their pony tails. I'm afraid it would be too much to hope that length and general style would remain anywhere close to import, let along keeping hacked hairstyles (is still kinda annoyed about that lovely slick bob from ME1 turning into longer, fuller eye covering bob in ME2). other then that? bring on the new hair. plus chances are, people will figure out how to hack hairstyles soon enough.

Definitely.  Even more so, UJ’s eyebrows look like they were drawn on w/ charcoal pencil.  I hope they will look better in ME3 as that’s the only style that fits her.

I also seem to have problems w/ her cheeks.  They look wrinkled on the side.  Never have been able to fix that.

I was surprisingly pleased with ME2 hair mesh, it looked better than ME1 one (though technically it's no where near awesome).

That cheek issue is most likely caused by the lack of polygons. It causes other visual anomalies too (sharp lines and edges). I would love to see them to up the polygon count (and add tessellation) at least for PC but I'm 100% sure that it is not going to happen since it's going to be direct console port.

Z-fighting issue drives me nuts too.

She's a cutie and not overly sexualized like so many anime females tend to be.  Plus she's a redhead which is a win and I like the goggles.  I can picture the engineer being a geek and proud of it wearing those!  LOL!!

I never seem to luck out with that shot.  I always wind up with something blurry and derpy.

Just saw this on Twitter: Putting lots of work and technology into procedural eye contact between digital actors in ME3. Realistic eyes are windows to the soul. - Casey Hudson

https://twitter.com/...273994497003520

Every femshep in this thread has "purrrty" eyes.  So it'll be interesting to see them looking even better.  :)

@JaimeCOTC: that's good. They're making one of the immersion items in the game as good as possible.

Perhaps they are trying to make the ME games their tour-de-force?

Oh, that's awesome news. I thought they did a great job with Jacob's model for one, but his eye animations could really break immersion at times. Glad they're putting a little extra TLC in this for ME3.
