Every femshep in this thread has "purrrty" eyes.  So it'll be interesting to see them looking even better.  :)

*melts into a puddle of happy*

Oh, that is so heartening. The small things where characters crack a smile or catch each others' eye...that's what makes a friendship or LI so special. I'm incredibly glad they are putting extra care into that aspect of it!

OOH! I got a top of page already. ^___^ Have a Kaelia, quietly trying to come to terms with the whole "two years" thing. She had a harder time with it than the game let her. :(

First Shep I ever made, was carried into ME2 aswell. Paragade, heavy emphasis on the "para".

It has been taken me for quite awhile to finish the face challenge, also I want to try to make a totally different femshep with different features, like: Asian, Korean, Danish, Irish, Arabic, African, French and so on. Anyway, here they are in dress and in armor:

I notice no one ever uses that middle parting bob type hair you see on NPC's. I mean its not to my taste but i thought i would have at least seen it on a couple sheps

Because it's forever connected to Khalisah Bint Sinan al-Jilani.

I use it on one of my Shepards, Jade, posted her pics few pages earlier.  clickie and I beleive there's at least another Shepard that uses it, though in her case - its blond.

its a great hairstyle, but it took me a while to find the code for it, its not usualy listed on your typical modding sites.

mostly I use it becasue it looks more like the short bob from ME1 then redesigned ME2 version.  I wanted Jade to have a Japanese look, but I'll admit, I was partly inspired by this absolutely gorgeous and completely ageless Korean woman I used to work with - and her hair was exactly the same as Kalisah's.  ME1 bobs was not as sharply cut but it was close :P

Lol very true Chignon

@Leah - Oh nice Shep :D It is a nice bob, though i'll always prefer a side parting. Im surprised i've not seen it around more, or at least seen the codes for it around!

thanks, Namira :) I prefer the side part too, but they made it too poofy and too long in ME2, IMO. its basicaly a whole new hairstyle now and doesn't have the sleekness I wanted to convey, anymore

the code is kinda weird

BIOG_HMF_HIR_PRO.Short02.HMF_HIR_PROShort_MDL (and I didn't even realize it until just now, but it set all my texture parameters for hair to none, even though I originally edited in the name of the style.

it also tends to clip terribly under some angles, so that might explain while people don't use it as often? in addition to Kalisah thing, that is :P

I tend to not use it due to the clipping issues.

Drea says: it is a very hard hairstyle to pull off.

Like the Kelly, it heavily influences how a face looks.  I have found it rather restrictive in designing a face, and can look rather harsh.  Also Kalisah.  Blech.

it does have a rather harsh, severe, edgy look - which is why I love it :) and its one of the few hairstyles that to me reflects asian hair texture. its kinda like trying to design a Shepard of African decent. I end up either going with buzz cuts or severe bun, because even the so called "afro" hairstyle doesn't have the right texture :/

I think even Kaidans hair bump is more 'afro' than those choices lol

Hopefully this will lead to a nice "Hey, my eyes are up here" line from Shepard.  (Bonus points for this line for FemShep and ManShep).

I'm also imagining a hurt-sounding Harbinger saying it.

i was going to say this, and it clips badly, but got beat to it.

also, it doesn't have much texture. the messy bob has the grungy texture, the cute bob has the shiney, but that bob just looks like plastic under almost any light.

How about it in red?

Not the most flattering of hairstyles on Kate either but I thought the same thing when I first changed her to the "afro" for ME2 so a lot of it is just what you’re used to.

One reason it might not be used very often as hacked in hair is that you do have to search for the code whereas Kelly's hair, Cyberbabe and "Sexy" are part of the "custom hair" section on mass effect faces.
