I could potentially fix it by integrating part of the design into the divs, which is all fine and dandy, if it weren't for the complexity of the design, so no, there is no easy fix.
And no, I don't plan on recoding the entire thing to fix a browser zoom issue.

If anyone thinks they can do better, be my guest. Ais needed a coder, I volunteered my time.
I don't feel like getting critisized for choices I made being co-dependant on a seperate designer.

There's pretty easy way to fix it. I'll PM you soon. I wasn't trying to overly critic or anything like that at all.

EDIT: I send you the solution.

Thnx =)
Nah I know hun sorry, I'm just a bit sensitive from the offset earlier in the thread.

Also if anyone else feels the need to comment on the coding, use pm please.

No offence taken. In the end the actual root of the problem was rather small.

I tend to be rather straight forward when I open my pie hole.

You should consider about using PNG image format... Bmp's are huge, png is lossless compression format (but still produces rather large files when talking about complex graphics and non-scaled down images). That above picture would take 1.69 MB as png (which still isn't really web page friendly) yet it would have the same quality. As uncompressed bmp it takes 5.93 MB. I personally try to keep the individual image size around 300 KB, always under 400 KB. If the image would be too large as png I use high quality progressive jpg (without chroma subsampling) instead. I use the full resolution, lossless picture in special cases only.

Mobile phone surfers will thanks you.

Ah ha. I forgot about phone users. Apologies but then I don't use MP, etc to surf so I didn't consider this user end. Still behind the times, see. Posted Image Thanks for the reminder. Posted Image  And as usual, whatever content in my posts are gone so it should be easier to roam around this page. hehe. That reminds me. *off to get rid of the rest*

So I've started a new fanfic (well, an expansion of my one-shot If It Meant Living). You can find the first two chapters here: From the Beginning.  Everything is also on my DA page.

It is really focused on the personality, character, perspective, and growth of a particular Shepard I created.  I'm biased of course, but I personally think she's a really unique persona; I totally love her.  By the numbers:  Colonist, War Hero, Adept, Paragade, romanced Kaidan.

The
first two chapters are the Colonist/War Hero background; after that it will reach the start of ME1.  The first nine chapters, plus a few scattered ones, are already written; I am really, really enjoying doing it Posted Image

This is her:

In hindsight, Kaelia's a nice little Paragade. She's not normally that quick to shoot people, but look what happened just the other day:

 Jakarta does Jack's loyalty right after Horizon. She'd normally skip it entirely, colonists are dying and she doesn't have time for Jack's petty vengeance against an empty building, but just in that moment, she feels a really strong sympathy for the need to blow some Cerberus sh!t up.

Paranoia? Posted Image  Candidly, I don't feel comfortable yet to leave "debris" about. Posted Image Hence, my habit of plonking in images, etc and cleaning up thereafter. I don't do this in other places I frequent though. Maybe it's due to the fact it's a BW board, maybe I haven't "settled in", whichever.

P.S. Found another blood spot. Kolyat was the first bloodied. I think

P.S. II  Too, there are hundreds of images in this thread,  text posts makes it slip by faster so I never intended for any pixs of mine to hang around too long. Posting bmps was a lapse on my part, heh. Posted Image  This post of mine will also roll itself up in 24 or so.

Working on the latest versions of my Jane & John stamps, I noticed how absolutely petite Jane is in comparison to John. This freaky looking composite (the originals were taken at almost exactly the same flycam distance away), makes it apparent:

I guess Jane (at about 90% John's size) kicks 111% arse to compensate! Posted Image No wonder she ended up more renegade than him...

I... suppose that probably makes sense in some way. Though, I'd rather see them stay. ;)

Meh... It's starting to get pretty depressing rather soon. Not long and it will be dark when you wake up and dark when you go back to home from work.

But it's going to be reality soon... Cold, damp, rain, leaves all over the place and then sleet/slush before the actual winter. Imagine waiting for bus and that slush flying all over you when taxi drives by carelessly.

Wait, that does sound rather depressing. :P

Good thing that I live in Helsinki. There are times when the Sun doesn't rise above the horizon for those poor fellas in Lapland.

Well, operating in darkness doesn't leave much room to maneuver. Posted Image  It's sunny side up year round where I am though sometimes I wish I could siphon some of the darkness over here. The heat can be trying at certain times.

Yeah, it's pretty common for very skilled multiplayer FPS gamers to play female toons when possible, because the hitbox is usually so much smaller that it actually does make a real difference to performance. (I think in ME1 they tried to line up the Sheps a bit more than is usual, which is why femShep's neck often seems somewhat giraffelike; it also helps them cut corners on animations and especially camera placement if they stretch her a bit).

I think they did a decent job of making it not completely obvious (though there's serious room for improvement on clipping in shared animations), but sometimes femShep's relative tininess really is glaringly hilarious. The Shadow Broker fight springs to mind...
