So if you want the Ultimate Perfect Ending, you can... idk, recruit the krogan, or if you fail to do that, you can go do some co-op mission instead. Something along those lines.
I'm not sure how that works out for people with multiple Shepards, though, or people who actually intentionally manufacture less-than-ideal playthroughs. Can you choose whether or not a successful co-op mission applies to a given Shep's journey?
I'm a bit dubious about the whole thing, but hey, I'm on my umpteenth playthrough of DA2, I'd be lying if I said I wasn't willing and able to enjoy an unpolished, substandard BioWare game. So even if it fails epically, I'm not super-worried about regretting my time and (possibly purchased used) investment. :kanyeshrug:
I'm just hoping for a) female aliens (FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, FEMALE ALIENS), and
(That's... actually an interesting talking point, the female alien thing. In ME1 they made one quarian model - the female one - for Tali. In ME2, they brought you into the quarian fleet, the quarian community, so of course they had to make a male model; seeing all those quarians and having them all be female would have been implausible, unbelievable. It would have distracted players and ruined the versimilitude.
But they also brought us to the krogan homeworld, and immersed us completely in that culture, and then handwaved that the women have their own clans so they wouldn't have to make a female model for them. And that was totally believable and the fanbase accepted it without comment.
Hell, forget Legion's armor and the trophy in Liara's apartment and those half-resolution meshes. We're lucky we got femShep at all. :/)

Hey Gilberto! Good to see you in here. This blog, written by datSilencer, is REALLY helpful for ME1 flycam. Take a looksee! And I like your Shep.

As for multiplayer, I've never been big on that. I most likely won't partake. I don't want to see the single player game suffer because of it. I honestly don't get what the obssession with MP is as of late. Why add it to a game thats never had it and does fine? Oh well, I'm sure it'll be enjoyable for people who like that kind of thing.
Yeah, took me a while, but i finally go to the end (not made any easier by those 7-8 pages of, well...meh
That blog looks VERY helpful (perhaps a little too much, hehe), cheers!
And as for new Co-op mode - I'll look at it after at least 1 (probably more) full SP play through with my existing Shep's. Perhaps start a new, ME3 Shep (with the super mega awesome new CC - hint, hint Bioware

A just tweeted tweet from the CHud:

“@gregwarren2: @CaseyDHudson Tell me I won't have to play multiplayer #ME3 to achieve single player outcomes." Right - totally optional.
Same as what i got from the thread from Chris (Priestly)

You know, assuming that ME3 SP ends Shepard's story, I'm totally ok with that. It'll save me money as well, since I don't play multiplayer *anything* enough to warrant paying extra for DLC for it.100k wrote...
My only draw back is that the split focus between MP and SP will mean that we'll likely get less SP based DLC in the future.
Anyway, they say it won't take away from the SP story, and that it's separate teams, and all that... However, resources are finite, whether money, time, or personnel to do design, programming, bugstomping, etc. , and any that was used for making MP means that it was drawn away from making SP even better. And this worries me.
Oh well. They've already got my money, and I'm getting the game regardless. Time will tell if the money was well spent.

I just spent a good 20 minutes writing and re-writing stuff to try to answer this question, and it turns out it is much harder than I thought. I guess I don't actually know Artemis that well. Now, if you'll excuse me, I need to go change that.

Can I PLZ haz Zody's facecode, Red? (adding copious amounts of flattery) She is one of the prettiest femSheps in this thread. She's prettier than ****'s ****, and a lot more realistic than ****'s **** or that fugly ****'s **** and it doesn't look like you modded the **** out of her with gibbed like **** did with ****. (insert emotional blackmail here) Tell you what, I'll swap you Jane's code for hers? What? Didn't you know Jane was loosely based on Quorra (Olivia Wilde) from TRON: Legacy. C'mon, you know you wanna! She really doesn't look like everyone's Shepard. Pwueeeeeeze!

^ this. And the bad taste DAII left in my mouth. Not the same, I know, but it's still BioWare and it's still EA, and it's possibly also Origin. Those things worry me, even if I'm also a definite sale (x2; one for me one for my wife) for ME3.Interactive Civilian wrote...

It's not part of Shep's story but supposedly add "content" to the events of the galactic struggle.
Good. Now I can completely ignore this thing. I'm sure everyone will have a great time w/ it, and I wish you all many glorious deaths, but MP just isn't my thing.
"Yeah, we happy."
I'm actually feeling uneasy upon further reading. The gist of it is that the MP increased the chances of resources to the main story. I'm not sure how this will play out in SP. Will Shep have less in SP? I hope it's something like... a game feature I remembered from the 1992 Dune game (by Cryo Interactive and Virgin Interactive) in which Paul Atreides sent out teams of Fremen to gather equipment / spice / fight and did not really lead those teams at all.
Shep may have something similar in SP except that if the player chose to do MP, perhaps you get to be one of those teams acquiring the resource, get involved in the fight. So, if you just choose SP, the result will be default. But if you choose to add MP, the result would have an effect on how much resource Shep can count on.
Might not even pan out the way I think anyways. Sounds hookey complicated.
Jesse Houston, can't remember what his job title is, said he was at 30+ hours w/ ME3, though I'm not sure if that is completed or not. https://twitter.com/...522910693507072
Also, one dev said they were having problems squeezing all the content onto two discs. Not sure if that includes MP though.
As for DLC, There probaly won't be any designed to be post game (LotSB, Arrival) https://twitter.com/...624346060210178

I do that, a lot. I record lossless video and copy the frames I want with VirtualDub.Ottemis wrote...
Another roundabout way is to load the game via steam (can link non-steam games) and setup a screenshot key on steam for steam cloud uploads. As Jamie said though, I personally use fraps too, and the highres screenshot functionality described in sage's blog and that works wonders.
Also, if you fraps, can record stuff and screenshot specifics out of the raw avi later =)

Five things that aren't obvious, five items under 'Trivia' on the Aki Shepard character document...
· Her favourite foods include several Japanese dishes (seikhan, sukiyaki) and American pancakes.
· Her development of biotic tendencies through secondary exposure resulted in an unusual concentration of eezo nodules in her nervous system. Although she has an L3 implant, her ‘natural’ biotics are what allow her to spike higher than the average L3.
· All of her biotic mnemonics are variations of karate forms. During her training she found associating an ability with a form of similar intent (e.g. ‘block’ = ‘barrier’) allowed her to control her biotics more easily.
· She considers herself to be a spiritual person, although she follows no specific belief system.
· She rarely resorts to profanity, but when under stress she finds Japanese to be a more satisfying language to curse in.

Well, it's kinda fun throwing the mosaics together. But it does take a while, so I confess I usually just run screenies through Paint.NET (open, then save as JPEG, cranking the quality down to 90% or so), then upload to PhotoBucket and link. Not good enough for wallpaper, but plenty good enough for a post.
I'm a guy, BTW. "Good Sir".... Hmmmm.... :innocent: Now I kinda like the sound of that.

I say this because people will interpretyour vagueness to think that you're talking about them and being coy about it and that could have...unpleasant complications.

1.) She can hold a grudge like no one else. It's the only reason she's dead set on stoping theReapers, for vengeance for her death.
2.)she's a die hard football fan and catches all the games on the Alliances Sports Channels.
3.) Slept with both Ashley (pre Ilos) and Kaidan (pre Normandy)
4.) Has a fear in the back of her head of being caputred and rape when going into battle with Batarians (watched too much of the news after mindoir when they had all the survivors telling horror stories)
5.) Loves beating the hell out of Wrex and Grunt because of the mystique of Krogan's being physically stronger than humans.
