For my Elle it would have to be Jennifer Garner, but then I am bias cause I loved her in Alias and there is a resembelance.

And for my Kimberley .... I will need to do more thinking on that one! Why is it that when you want to think of a certain celeb you just cant think of any!

A actress to play my Shepard. Errr... That is a hard one. Ottemis suggested Mila Kunis for Zody.

Posted Image

And @ Kyrene challenge, I did once mod Zody a bit just to play with her and see what she looks like with the cyberbabe hair. Also when I start Zody in ME2 with her code and not import her from ME1 her eyes weirdly turn grey.

I think I might go back and mod her majorly to see what I come up with. ^_^

Hm. Actress-wise all I've really noticed is that Abigail Shepard looks suspiciously like Terry Farrell, or at least like she did when she was on Star Trek: DS9.

Posted Image

I swear, I wasn't trying to do that.

The others, I'm not sure.

and because she's a great actress

While I agree that she's a better acress than say, Megan Fox, I'd not go quite that far. Being nominated for an MTV or numerous Teen Choice awards is not quite the same as the one Screen Actors Guild award she was nominated for, and that is not even close to being nominated for being a great actress. She is beautiful though, and she rocks frumpy clothes like in Cowboys and Aliens.

In attitude, probably that really ****y side Cathy Jones, or rather Catherine Zeta-Jones can bring to the screen. In looks, I don't really know, since while Jane was loosely based on Olivia Wilde, she was sufficiently morphed to not resemble her all that much anymore. In sheer ballsyness, I'd have to go with the talented Sigourney Weaver.

That is as uncanny as the Obama Shepard. I can never get really close to re-creating a real person in the CC.

Cate Blanchett would be my first choice for Kate, her performance and appearance in Elizabeth was the original inspiration for Kate (though her personality morphed quite a bit as I got to know her in game).

I adore her in House. That's how I got to 'know' her anyways, as 13 =)

Hmmm... good question. There's something about Artemis Shepard that reminds me of Jodie Foster. Though Jodie Foster has the wrong eye color and hair color, she's got the facial expressions, and I think she could pull off the role quite nicely. They aren't identical by any means, but she fits the part.

Like I said... nowhere near identical, but there's just something about them that makes reminds me of each other.

I finished Kyra's ME1 playthrough, starting her through ME2.  ME1 went rather quickly this time, all of the decisions and whatnot were pretty well planned out and known from the start.  I didn't take too many screenshots in ME1, but I caught the Anoleis smirk, and I've got a couple of pics from the start of ME2.

Enjoy!

And the now iconic Freedom's Progress shot:

I tweaked her in the ME2 CC.  She looks pretty close to the ME1 incarnation, but I didn't like her cheekbones.  I couldn't find the slider list I used for ME1, so I had to compare the custom face to the imported face.  I think I got it close, but she looks pretty good to me, so even if it's farther off than my eyes see, I'm ok with that.

Rhona Mitra is the closest I could come to for UJ.

Even if I did find an actress to represent my 'Shep, I wouldn't be able to translate it into all those little slider things so that she looks just like her.

I know there's zero resemblance, but Michelle Yeoh.

Sigh, I hate you guys... now you got me thinking about her starring in Mass Effect films that will never exist. :(

Oooh, nice question!

I guess for Aki it would probably by Grace Park - not quite the right ethnic mix but in the ballpark on looks and she's already proved she can handle the space marine stuff in Battlestar Galactica.

Michelle Yeoh would make such a great femShep. :o

Funny, though, how many of these picks remind me of the Wonder Woman dreamcasting we did back when we still half-hoped we might someday get a Diana movie. Somebody just needs to tag Bridget Regan for their Shep and we'd have hit every popular choice. Just further confirms my theory that Shepard is totally a superhero.
