I don't know of any actress who could play Jessica Shepard.  I can't think of anyone who has her look, or who has the right personality to portray the particular variety of brittle toughness that the Jessica in my head carries with her like a riot shield.

“Not really poster girls, some of them,” the bald biotic continued her careless assessment, “Almost looks like that one had a squint for a parent...”

“Show some respect,” Shepard said in an even tone, as she insinuated herself into the discussion, “They all at least look better than Garrus. Before Tarak gave his pretty face some character.”

Garrus made a choking sound, his brand of laughter.

“Respect is earned, Commander.”

“Well they have mine, Miranda. And they should therefore have yours too.”

“Why so defensive, Shepard? It’s not like we p*ssed in your hydration unit...”

“Because of who they are, Jack. In a galaxy where as a human it’s still largely a man’s world, they make it count.”

“’Kay,” Jack replied, “that I can get the f*ck behind.”

Miranda raised an eyebrow, hoping nobody noticed. “Your business here concluded, Commander?”

“Yeah, let’s get back to the ship. The Council won’t help, and we’re wasting time.”

As her companions turned to go, Shepard glanced up at the holo. “Shine on you crazy diamonds,” she whispered, saluting casually, before turning to join the others.

It doesn't look too bad to be honest. A bit different and yup, it's indeed Tiia with two i's.


It's a bun style, actually. If I remember correctly the ponytail would fill the grenade launcher barrel all the time which kinda looks weird.

Also, am I the only person who not only double checks every slider position but more like 5 checks 'em to be sure that you didn't mess up the slider positions?

I'm now forcing highest textures for minimum lod too. Should make difference in especially in ME1 in some cases (texture pop upping; ME2 didn't really have that issue but there's no need for low resolution textures in any scenario). Pretty useless optimization for any modern or semi-modern PC, especially when the highest texture resolution is low already. Same goes to mesh lod.

Raine is awesome here, but still manages to pale in comparison to the sheer Zaeed-ness next to her.  I have yet to see him in a 'derp' moment throughout the game. The only time he comes close is during his LM when Shepard has him by the collar/front of his armour. It always astounds me that he's not a good fireteam leader.
