Sarah won't care about ranks. She never has, they've never ment anything to her. She still expect that the VS will do it's best regardless of rank. She might be a little suprised that Kaidan got that far up the ranks that fast. But nonetheless will she approve of it

Shouldn't be a problem but we'll see. It depends how they act. She might make some smart ass comments about it, tho.

In some ways Jane will be upset seeing Kaidan as a Spectre. Well, on one hand she belives there was a reason for that and Kaidan proved himself worthy. So he deserves to be one of the best.
But at the same time it's a personal matter for her. At first Kaidan was a member of her team and they loved each other. But then he turned his back on her and claimed she betrayed him. And he left, he wasn't around when she needed him.  
So if it was anyone else but Kaidan, Jane would be happy for her friend.



However with Kaidan she will be just fine, and won't show anyone what she really feels.

UJ will be very proud of Ash, but she's still hurt by Horizon. 




Erica won't care if Kaidan is an Admiral.  She's still going to kill him for Horizon.

Zody will definity be proud of him. She will want him to be everything she fell short of being. Zody feels she has failed in her role as a Spectre because of Bakak. Light heartly I can see her joking with him about giving her orders now. Or how he is taking advantage of a subordinate. She might also say, 'you might outrank me, but I'm still going to be the one on top.'



She can be so classy sometimes.

Amelia would be proud of Kaidan but it would probably take a bit for them both to adjust to the shift in dynamic.

Noami would be side-eyeing Ashley wondering exactly what or who she did to jump four ranks and gain Spectre status since Horizon.

Olivia would be highly uncomfortable. She's one of those people who needs to be in control all of the time, and really would have an internal conflict with someone like Kaiden potentially able to be giving her orders. Heh, she ain't perfect.
