I was a bit underwhelmed first but it kinda grow. It's most likely fully real time since every show where you can see Shepard without helmet has can't be pre-rendered. By the way, that was PC footage this time. You can see the quick slot bar flashing at one point.

Watched the trailer again this morning. Still awesome as hell. The developer who thought up a Reaper vs Thrasher Maw had his epic pants on that morning. The only thing that will top that is if Shepard puts on some rocket boots flies into space and punches out a Reaper.

We have less than 3 months to go and it has been promised to run before launch.  Still, it won't run until next year.  That said I expect a DA2 style marketing blitz starting sometime in January or early February.  If I had to guess the femshep trailer is not a priority and is being worked on when they have the time.  Even Evil Chris admitted things were running slow on it. But it will come and it will be great.  It's femshep and Jennifer Hale.  How can it not be?

Heh heh.  I had many characters during the beta, as I intended to try and find the one I felt most compelled to play.  I'll probably end up trying them all (again!), but I think my main's going to be a Jedi Shadow, which hopefully I'll start playing sometime next week.  What server are you guys playing on?

On topic:  I think the FemShep trailer won't be until Jan 2012 at the earliest.  I have faith that it'll be produced, just a question of how close it'll be to release.

I really need to finished Dakota's ME1 playthrough but I'm laaaaaaaaaaazy. I also need to get all my Shepards ready for ME3. Need to finished Orra's no-romance-anyone playthrough. And I need to make a Shepard for Garrus and Jacob. Late February I'm going to replay Zody through ME1 and 2 so I can jump into ME3 with everything fresh in my mind. I'm going to have to tear myself away from Skyrim and SWTOR somehow...

You could do what I did- I took a week off from work as soon as my school's finals were over, and dedicated myself to doing nothing but completing Skyrim and cleaning the house from top to bottom. I think the only thing I did that week was go over to my friend's house for a few hours to play Halo, and I went over to my Grandma's house for a few hours to clean/ decorate for the holidays. It's not necessarily the best option if you want to maintain your identity as a functional human being and not a photophobic gamer(chick, in my case). Just providing options...

Oh I have given up completely on having a real 'social' life. But can't take off work for a week, need money to support my gaming habit and pay for the interwebs so I can talk about said gaming habit.

Well in ME it was Ashley and Kaidan (being that they were the Eden Prime team and she's a little bit xeno), until she had to leave Ashley behind. So for the short remainder of the game, including taking on Sovereign's Saren-puppet (she convinced what was left of the real Saren to do the honourable thing and shoot himself) it was Wrex and Kaidan. That's where she learned so much about Krogan.

So in ME2 it was Jacob/Miri for Mordin, Zaeed/Miri for Garrus, Zaeed/Garrus for Jack, Zaeed/Jack for Zorya and Zaeed/Miri for Okeer. After that (and because Zaeed died too easily with an AR, and she's the sniper so it was redundant giving him the sniper rifle) it has been Grunt/Miri for missions and Miri/LM character for the LMs. I really like Zaeed and Jack personally, but they didn't quite fit her style (or love for the Korgan in general; she gave Mordin hell about the genophage).

She'll probably go Vega/Kaidan for most of ME3 (if possible) since Wrex is not possible I believe.
