Really awesome chapter! It's not always easy to come up with reasonable explanations to blow the base up, i like your thinking behind it a lot

Also anyone in here with a twitter tweet Me3 devs with the hash tag #WeWantFemshep so we can get either the trailer or at least some in game screenshots of default femshep from the contests. (and maybe Kaidan too if we're lucky)

Meh I don't care if we dont get any in-game Femshep shots or a trailer, I am not a huge fan of the new FemShep I rather the old Jane Shepard she looks military like.

I like the new official femshep, but she didn't get tested against Saren, she didn't get spaced and she didn't blow up [or not ] the collector base. When i look at her i see a ( beautiful, independant and smart ) woman wearing shepard's amor - a stranger - i want to see a femshep trailer but it is not what is keeping me up at night; how everything coming out of cc will look inside the game is.[ also how former Jane will look ]

I'm up and tweeting already.
The thing with the trailer isn't that they show of the new FemShep, it's that they show there's more then the Sheploo, that they show the female option and not only the male. I really couldn't care less if it was the old Jane or the new one, to me that's not important. It's more the message i'm after. That FemShep isn't getting ignored any longer!

how she looks is the only thing we have been subjected to since the prospect of a femshep trailer. the voting on witch model, the voting on the hair. It is hard for a femshep fan not to be perceived as shallow after all that. It is going to take a damn good trailer to make her look deeper than her looks.

i am of your mindset, rah. i dont' care WHAT femshep it is so long as it's femshep. if we could REALLY put it to a vote, i'd vote Caroline Shepard, frankly. she's the most universally shepard in my head. but 'my' shep will be my own, which is a blonde, and we all know blonde sheps must die or something.

i could do without the entire popularity thing about who is the 'real' jane shepard. but i would like to see the fem armors modeled is all. since i'm playing extry for a CE, i fee like we deserve that at least

edit: man, that made NO sense. sleep deprivation...gah...

nah it makes perfect sense.   The great thing about ME Character Creator is it makes everyomes femshep look like sisters.    Even if it isnt my femshep I know its my parallel twin from another universe rocking as hard as my femshep would!

I Think that is what put me off about the new FemShep was the voting (that and I really hate her face for some reason I just feel like b***h slapping her lol don't ask). It's like it was target at boys and men and it seems that most people who play FemShep are women that's what I noticed anyway.

that has always been my feeling. i mentioned it on this thread, how i feel like the whole femshep promotion is not in response to femshep fans, but more like a safe choice aimed at casual fans or potential new ones. The danger is that she will be define or redifine by someone else.Dudes are not the problem a lot of femshep fans (us) are dudes.

Hehe it made sense to me Sage, and if i got the almighty power to decide i would probably end up picking Caroline Shepard aswell. She just give that super badass and awesome look and aura.
I could also been without the voting but what's happend has happened and i won't bother about it. How she looks is so far from important as it probably can be to me. I just want FemShep to get her spotlight time and to be able to actually see how the armor looks on her before i buy it. Maybe a few screenshots and such

Nah i understand what you mean aswell and i agree. I think i've seen a few Sheps that look related to her in some extension.

Wow she is pretty and those eyes are beautiful, the lipstick suits her it's a nice natural colour.
