Read about the reckoner armor late yesterday evening on gamerant.com as my mobiles Akku was fading out, so i didnt have a choice. ;-)
my thoughts? I don't mind the Artstyle but the bonusses seem tailored towards soldiers and the side-remark about origin didn't excite me either.

And wasnt femshep supposed to be Not neglected in Marketing? Show dont Tell comes to mind...

Played ME for the first time in about a month I think, and just prior to Legion's LM had a stroll through the Normandy, chatting to all the 'mates. Managed to snag my first ever Garrus-smirk shots with Kassia (and then reloaded from last save, she'll remain Kaidan's girl for now):

The Reakoning armour isn't something I would use, and it looks a little out of place for the ME universe in my opinion. Still it's a freebie for playing another game's demo, so I'm not going to complain and will pick up a set, even if I never use it. I tend to pick armour based on how it looks, rather than the stat bonuses and I think I'm too used to seeing Hrist in her blue and white cammo pattern N7 armour to put her in anything else.

And since it would be rude not to post a pic or two (and because Ais said I should post more pics of her), here's some shots of Silmeria, my Infiltrator.

How about less-smirky ones? I know this is similar th the one I posted earlier, but I managed to smoothen line of her upper lip, so she looks less creepy.



I'm making very VEEERY slow progress with Marge's lips, but when I correct one weights, the others seem to break. Also when I want to add weight to some inner mouth vertexes, they already appear of maximum weight and don't move farther, this is kinda frustrating But at least I can make her scowl a little now.

And as the thread is kinda inseparable with Jen Hale, I'm throwing something for laughs too:

Where? Is there pictures floating around? ME3 is getting closes and closer, soon it's going to be about one month before it hits gold status. One woudl think that they would announce the demo date soon if they plan to release it this month. If it's not possible to use CC or import character in the demo, I'll just use it for technical tinkering (maxing out graphics and getting flyCam to work). I can't wait!

EDIT: Damn am I blind... Neither would I use that.

Susan Shepard - Engineer.









She's not the prettiest Shepard I've made, (and intentionally so), but she's one of the more diverse w/ nearly equal parts paragon and renegade points. And engineer is fast becoming my second favorite class.

GAWD I love Mass Effect 2. So yes, I find it lacking in the same emotional weight as the first game, as the narrative arc is more fractured and less focused on Shepard as person and soldier, yada, yada

BUT i really prefer the fighting. especially for engineer. it is simply BRUTAL. perfect fit for a renegade. i laugh evilly every time i set a vorcha on FIRE.

Yay Mass Effect 2!!! Ifind my Shepard's really become who they are in MAss effect 2 based on all the crap shepard has to deal with. Every character in the game has a way of making a cut that ends up with them becoming the diamonds they are just in time for them to shine in Mass effect 3.

I love both ME1 and ME2. Sure ME2 might not be as good as ME1 IMO but! Sarah develops a ton more in ME2. It's easy to create a character and a person that walk the path with a lot off good stuff happening them. It was so much fun to learn how Sarah would react to Horizon, to working with Cerberus. Getting stonewalled and ignored by the ones she thought of her friends and allies. It was also so much fun to see Shepard work in the underbelly of the galaxy with the worst the galaxy had to offer.

In ME1 Sarah created her shiny armor, in ME2 it got burned and scared. In ME3 it's payback time and damn the Reapers and anyone that stand in her way. She will have her shiny armor back!

Would there be a chance we at least get to play with the character creator? I just want to see a preview what my lovely ladies will look like in ME3.

Need to remember to request off for 3 days at work. I should be able to beat ME3 in that time if I stop just long enough to sleep for a couple hours and maybe eat. I wonder how long the game is going to be. 40+ hours?

1. Water and food stocks. Check.
2. Boxes of tissues for the sad moments. Check.
3. Contacting friends and family to let them know that they will not hear from me for 3+ days. Check.
