I was also kind of disappointed that some options weren't for both Shepards (especially Miri and Ashley)

Here's a screenshot of my Shepard! She's named Kate, her class is the Adept, and her background/service history is Spacer/War Hero. Additionally, she also happens to be an almost pure Paragon.
In order to acquire this screenshot, I attempted to recreate her in ME1 using the character creator, as I did not save or record her sliders. Upon recreating her, I gave her facecode to jlb524, who then proceeded to create her in both games for me, and take a few screenshots. The likeness is not 100%, but it is very, very close.
So yeah, that's my Shepard! Please be gentle.

The contrast was much better in ME1, where the actual close-ups the eyes really stood out much more, which is orignally why I chose that design.
Although the skin colour makes minor scars look rather sexy
