My asari phrasebook says it's a killing insult far worse than remarks about pureblood ancestry, and translates roughly as:Sable Phoenix wrote...
"Tah mah de!"
Which may be an even more serious insult to an asari than it is a human...

@Sable
TMD is a mild swearing in Chinese, I could tell you the most 'intense' one in PM if you are interested XD
I will mostly be a stalker in ME3 thread and try not to 'add oil upon the fire'. It is good to be back home - here, this thread

Yeah, I must have been hallucinating again. If anybody needs me... I'll be in my bunk...Sable Phoenix wrote...

As for Jessica engaging in some Chinese swearing...

@ Sable Phoenix. Still blows my mind what a striking looking femshep you've made there. Got any face building tips? I'd still really like to get a femshep with a mixed indigenous Australian look, which I've managed a sorta kinda vaguely in ME2, but in the ME1 face maker my results are more Hispanic. That's okay and fits in with the regional accent anyway, but it's just not what I'm trying to achieve.
BTW, just read your sig. I'll be chuckling about that all evening.

Ooh, thanks. Very helpful, I hope. I'll look at the links in detail before having another go and that face is certainly more the direction I was hoping to go. I said mixed heritage partly because I think it's be a bit easier for a newbie and partly because there's a fair number of indigenous Australians in real life who have mixed ancestry. It'll also help fit in with a backstory that's starting to form in my head to explain why she's going to have an north American accent.Sable Phoenix wrote...
As for an Aborigine-influenced Shepard, I just threw something together in ME1's character creator (which I'm pretty darn familiar with by this point). Not sure if it's what you're going for, since you did say "mixed", but maybe it'll give you something to build off of.

Hopefully that's helfpul.

I haven't done a comparison yet. Might as well do it here.
UJ in ME1
UJ in ME2
UJ in ME3

Jaime, did you have to widen that mouth to get it to work? Jessica uses that mouth, and I know I did.
I've shared this comparison picture before:
