There hasn't been a patch in the last couple of weeks, no.

I think there's a possibilty of having them back but also an equal one of not having them.

There's the argument that it would take a lot of work and yes it would but no more than creating new characters and making dialouge for every scene they could be in. I would honestly perfer it if just any character that dies was just blacked out. Heck if the VS and Liara come back you have at least 4 characters. You could run through ME1 with that many, if not less at certain points (Ash, Kaiden, Wrex and Tali. One dies at Virmire, Wrex can be shot. BAM, you only have 2 for the Liara mission).

So I think either is as likely as the other. According to Wikipedia (so not 100% reliable) all the squad members voice actors have signed up for ME3. Also the lead developer was quoted as saying over 1000 varibles will be taken into account for ME3, so who knows.

I doubt there will be a showdown (I'm sure they didn't get all the VAs back for the DLC), but Liara may chew you out for taking an ME2 LI.

Ah close enough.

I might actually do that and hit two birds with one stone by making that Shep a renegade. I was trying to do it with a Sheploo but I just can't see to do a Maleshep runthrough more than once...

I know...she's going to be amazing.  Plus, she may be voicing another character, as we can hear from the trailer.

Yes...with humorous banter b/w Shep and Liara....Hale does a great job with the more humorous lines, IMO.

I sooo can't wait.

My sentiments exactly!  Doing a ME marathon for this, ME1 in three days and now on 2nd day of ME2.

And I may not be cheating on her after all. After watching her run through the exploding **** etc. Yeah my normal real life morals took hold and went "Don't cheat, BAD TOM!"

Honestly I'm using my canon Maleshep for LoTSB first, but of course i get to put my 3 femsheps through it afterwards (Solider Kallen's bringing Jacob and Vanguard Kallen's bringing Thane so we'll see how that goes xD)
