You went with the same hair choices I did, adneate.
I think the majority of people go with the longer choices, Military regulations might be practical in real life but I'd prefer something a bit more flashy when I'm playing a game. Honestly Shepard doesn't conform to any military regulations by the time ME2 rolls around (barely did in ME1 to be honest) she doesn't dress to code, act to code but still has her hair to code for some reason. They might as well just throw all the pretenses out the window if it means we can get a few more feminine slightly impractical hairstyles.
Or maybe it's just that I'm so unimpressed with ME's character creator and would kill for anything to provide a few more options . . .

I am curious what peeps fav. femshep hairstyles are. because i don't like the hair in eyes thing, but i love the way that cut looks from the back. i have this total phobia of having hair on my neck when working out, so i cannot use the "longish" cut.
just curious
I like the default look on Kathryn. It fits the frame of her face quite good and it's the closest to a wavier hairstyle as it can get. I am so hoping that they add more hairstyles in ME3. Kathryn needs a change but she has also tried bald too. I think she looks cute. xD

I agree the creator is limited, to put it politely. I have a feeling though they were working with the limitations of the engine rather than going for military realism. Easier to stick three different buns on the same scalp texture than deal with clipping issues/etc that come with making long hair.
I have two problems with 'sexy' hair. 1-Clipping issues and weird visible scalp seam 2-It looks permanently wet. On the other hand the shape is very flattering. Sooo *shrug*. It's a trade off.
I've used all the hairstyles at one point or another. I just go with what is the most flattering to face shape and fits character. I never liked this one before, now it's my favorite. It seems the least 'military' of the stock haircuts and I like how its a little unkempt and asymetrical.

@rynluna - I'm used to Kathryn with her normal hair. She looks weird bald!
New hairstyles would be nice, but I don't think they'll change the character creator. Maybe some NPCs will get new hair we can mod in.

what mod is the biker suit? Ill use that when I get the PC GOTY Ed.
It's Jack's alternate outfit modded on to Shepard. I made a texmod to remove the tats/scars. It's not polished enough that I've bothered to post it, but if you end up modding your game and want to use it go ahead and send me a PM

Given how much hairstyle modding there's been in ME2, I hope so. Though at least they improved the hairstyle models - death apparently gave my Shep's hair volume and a bit more curl. Who knows, maybe blowing up the Collector base gave her highlights?adneate wrote...

And, again, where do you people get these outfits from?! I must be retarded or something, cuz I can't find any of this stuff.
Scars are not really my thing, but she's otherwise smoking hot, btw.

(Yes, I do a little off-canon fill-in-the-blanks stuff with my Shepards. Sometimes I get something meaty enough to do fiction with.)
No matter how many times you see the Charon, it's always impressive.
But they don't send Spectres on shakedown runs.
In the interests of full disclosure, she's made from a modified version of endtransmission's "Echo Shepard" from the Database. And yes, she's rocking ELE08's facial retexture.
Edit: Okay, those were still huge.
Edit Edit: Okay, still super-huge. Links are fine. Sorry about that.

That sucks, Mash.
When do you think you'll be able to get points again? Every FemShep needs to take down the Shadow Broker! *makes fist*

That's what makes Shepard so much fun! And yeah, I was thinking "this guy should write fan fiction" while reading your post.
Andrea Shepard looks like she's ready to get down to business, Christmas Ape. Nice job!

Thank you, thank you!
Well you can upload a custom avatar if you own DA:O or if you download the free character creator here.
This is a linkto the tutorial on how to do it.
