i laughed so much at that conversation but then remembered how maleshep was never forced to flirt with ANY female members JUST because they were female.
BW ok'd that tone in her voice so that's what they wanted... which was gross, honestly. she's supposed to be Commander and she's all 'teee heeeeeeeeeeee gimme them abs' with Jacob and the other two male LIs.

I happen to love the friendship and relationship that develops between FemShep and Ashley in ME1, however. The chemistry of their developing friendship is excellent, and I really enjoy the dialogue between the two. They're both strong women who are enjoying each other's company and have a mutual respect and like for each other. Love it!

I think the friendship between Shepard and Samara was well done in ME2. I hope they can achieve this with other characters in ME3. Also, I support a romance between FemShep and Samara in ME3!!

How about we just say "Shepard" and Samara.... there are male and female fans of the game who want their Shepard (male or female) to be able to romance Samara.

Oh, I will list what I would like to see Bioware do to show some recognition for the game’s female protagonist...
- I don't expect them to ever change their default marketing Shepard to the female version (that would be dumb at this point), nor do I champion that. However, a few screenshots of a Female Shepard released prior to ME3 would be most welcome....just to get an idea what she looks like, and perhaps even a vid so we know what she sounds like....prior to ME2's release, I had heard from the devs that Jen Hale had done a great job with her voice work, but I didn't get to hear this until purchasing the game.
- I mentioned the armor thing already...would it hurt to release one screen showing the FemShep version of armor?
- On the game box, they could put a screen of her on the back, just to let people know that it is possible to play the game as a female protagonist.

The formal dress featured in Kasumi's DLC was FemShep exclusive content that was more than welcome, of course. I wonder if this is a sign of things to come? More gender specific content in DLC, ME3 and beyond? Let's hope so.

Of course. I just try not to mention the other gender because this thread is all about her. We want to avoid any flamewars comparing the two. But I am all for options for either gender, to make that clear. <3

In a way, I think BW took a step backwards with regards to material featuring FemShep in ME2. For ME1, I remember there was a promotional image of FemShep in full N7 armour directing Wrex. It was only small, but at least it was something. There was absolutely nothing like this with ME2, which is disappointing.

I never really had a problem with her animations, but then I never wore the dress. My Shep hates them

Yeah, mine hates them too, but I've seen some funny pictures floating around of FemShep sitting on the Normandy in her dress...I believe she was talking to either Miranda or Garrus.
