Yeah, I set the Antialias Mode to 'Override any application setting' and Antialias Setting to '16xQ'. Using the latest 258.96 WHQL drivers (nVidia). I don't get the impression it's doing it, though.

It seems to be working now. I guess I had let both nHancer and the nVidia control panel compete for settings (not a good idea). Setting just nHancer worked. I now have cool Supersampling (4x4) on my graphics, and 16x Anisomorphic Filtering, plus I force extra high quality texture processing. Best seen in full view, of course:

The reduced large tildeshot (64x) is now actually showing more jaggies than the engine itself produces, LOL (see 'PiP' for that). FPS-rate goes down to ca. 30-45fps, but I can live with that, as everything is now so much more beautiful!

i third this. i have many different sheps, but some of them didn't even finish the 2nd game. i still love my canon the best and she gives me the most natural feeling.

I fourth this. I've only ever been able to make one Femshep that I will always remain true to: my very own Kira (see below). She isn't even all that gorgeous or sexy per se (more like photogenic, really), but I've grown quite attached to her. Sounds more obsessed than it is, really. But, truth be told, I am totally 'loyal' to her, and always will be. She's the one I'll play with come ME3 (and all other episodes, for as long as the franchise still exists). I only recently made Re-L so I could experiment with modding. But Kira and I are inseperable.

For me it depends on my mood for what Shepard I play. I love the vanguard class but I havn't played it in a while and I'm finally doing my engeneer playthrough to finish off the classes then it's back to my main and the vanguard class.

I love the Engineer class. I think I've beaten ME2 with almost every class (except Soldier and Vanguard), and the Engie is my fave. I switched my main Shepard Rachel from a Sentinel to an Engineer with very weak biotic abilities (I was using Reave as her bonus power, now I take Stasis).

Another thing, if you want stuff like hair and other transparent textures to benefit from AA settings, you need to set the option called Antialiasing - Alpha or Antialiasing - Transparency to 8x or higher, and probably turn on AA Gamma Correction too.  Textures don't use the FSAA setting, and the Anisotropic setting only works for the textures themselves, not the edges or alpha transparency.

Edit:  Looks like you managed to figure it out.  I'm surprised you got it to work with nHancer, that program never did a thing for me and I could only force stuff via Forceware.  Of course, I use TexMod with both games (to fix Garrus' face with the proper hi-res texture and flip the Earth back to its proper orientation in ME1, and for overall improvements to various problematic textures in ME2), which means I can't force AA in either game without blowing out lights into pixelated squares and absolutely tanking my framerate.  Sucks, but I'd rather look at a Garrus that doesn't mimic a DOOM sprite than eliminate jaggies.  I can run at high enough resolution that the lack of AA isn't so bad.

Nah, that's my PC.

It's pretty easy to switch up faces using the gibbed editor in order to grab screens of other Shepards.

That pic comes from my Rachel Shepard's romance scene with Liara, but she's just wearing a different face.
