She did, didn't she? That's so endearing, really, if you think about it.

I buy most of my games (all actually) electronically these days. So, while I certainly like to see Femshep on the cover (reversible really is an excellent idea), I'd rather Bioware simply promote her on a whole, in trailers and posters and such. I mean, they promote the heck out of Liara too, so obviously they have no issue with putting females in the spotlight (why, technically Liara isn't a female, strictly speaking, but let's not complicate things unnessesarily).

Dunno where this demographic came from that says people overwhelmingly want to play male shep; but I know I wasn't included in it.

Maybe Bioware can negotiate with 'Dirty Shep' regarding the marketing being male biased ...

Meer is really talented and super funny, honestly it shouldn't be this divided over which one is better they should both be really great. I actually don't think it's him per se since voice actors have to work with a lot of other people in the recording studio and there is a director telling them what to say and how to say it. Once again there seems to be a big difference between the Dragon Age team and the Mass Effect team since Mass Effect's voice actors have complained about a lack of direction and not knowing what's going on in the story while the Dragon Age actors have been overwhelming positive about how great BioWare was to work with and how much they helped them get into their characters. So it's BioWare telling him to talk like that, why I doubt we will ever really know but one can certainly guess.

Also, I didn't really mean to come off as dissing Meer per se. It's just that, after having played Femshep for so long, going 'back' to male shep really is a significant step down. It's like once the natives have seen big-screen TV's, you can't really go back to selling them shiny mirrors any more. I've simply grown so attached to Jennifer Hale (in a non-creepy way), that I've past the point of no return.

Looking great! But how does one get extra hair styles? I've seen loads of different hairstyles in various screenshots which look so many times better than the defaults. My sheps using default options always end up looking really boring or samey

I like Kestrel armour because it got rid of boob armour for Shepard. The chest plate is bigger but no armour boobs which I personally like. Now Fiona does not have to worry about people looking at her boobs anymore...
