EDIT:  I /did/ get it to work as a casual outfit before I got it to work as an armor outfit.  Maybe that was important somehow?  I cna't imagine why, but I don't often understand the things computer programs are designed to care about.

Did that same issue reference is correct but still shows up blank, I must not have the files extracted properly I'm making a reference to file it doesn't have or can't use.

It can't be both?

Though I suppose we should take our 4 or 5 outfit wardrobe and be happy (as opposed to the /single/ outfit we ahd in the first game).

Point being... the game is about fighting reapers/collectors and Shepard going off to save the galaxy!... who does that in a hoody? :P

Now if we had the freedom do things other than the missions .... something like FO3 where you can go to different places and talk to people and not even follow the missions then yeah, it'd make more sense to have lots of clothes. lol

Hmm, I was doing it on the cerberus space station before going to Freedom's Progress, with Miranda right there.  I remember hearing, sometimes, that doing things this way (as opposed to actually looking up the number codes, which I can't do) means that the armor will only work WITH Miranda there (or whatever character you're copying from) because otherwise the game just packs the file you're trying to reference away somewhere.  I always have MIranda in my mission teams anyway, so I wasn't counting on a problem there, but could that be whats happening to you?

The hoody is for when you are chillin' with your buddies at the bar...the Kasumi DLC should have included the hoody.

Hmm... I dont know? It took me a long time fidling with a few things to get it to work properly (the post I was copying had a few syntax issues wrong), but that is the exact thing that I entered.

I deleted of the casual outfits that comes by default (#2 - the brown dirtfarmer one), but that was just because I can't stand it, and I can't imagine why it would impact the armor option.

ewwww, that "brown dirtfarmer" (LMFAO!) clothing is hideous, what the hell was the point of even having that?! Wonder who thought that was a good idea? lolz

OK  My Shep wears the dirtfarmer outfit 90% of the time.  :)  I really would like a pair of jeans and a sweater or t-shirt but dirtfarmer outfit was the closest to anything that looks relaxed.   Everything else I look at makes me want to squirm in discomfort.  The one black and white outfit sort of looks like her sleeves are rolled up is ok, but what I wouldn't give for some  jeans

Point.  But ther e/are/ a lto fo tiems when it seems as if we're... overdressed in our full combat gear.  Brosing the markets of Illium, or visiting the Presidium decked out like Iron Man with an Assault Rifle just seems a bit out of place sometimes.

Mostly though, I think people want more clothes to lunge about the normany in when they're doing things with squadmates (I.E. your freinds and lover(s)).

I love having Shepard in her armor, even when visiting the Citadel.  She's a marine and anything could happen.  Also, I find she looks intimidating in it and I would imagine she would create quite a stir when she visits somewhere public.  I wonder why they don't have "paparazzi" following her around or people shouting, "Omg, it's Shepard!".  Most people know who she is.

Oh, I understand that.... just you're on a ship right? What military/military organization is gonna stock your ship with lots of relaxed clothes. Really they'd probably have a bunch of the same two outfits (those being the fatigues and the dress uniform). I just can't see Shepard just lounging around in a hoody and sweatpants. Doesn't make much sense. HOWEVER, it'd be nice to be able to buy some different things at vendors besides a couple armor pieces....

Yeah, I wonder why more people don't flock to Shepard during the game, except the usual nuts like Conrad and Khalisah Al-Jilani?

That /would/ actually be a lot of fun - clothes shopping FTW.  of course, I can jsut here the complaints now about how you have to choose between Clothes and "Real Gear", even if they cost about 3 credits an outfit.

Of course, the real reason is, obviously,t aht every extra outfit has to be created by graphics artists who /could/ be spending that time on armor, or enemies, or allies, or scenery.  Its not a hard choice to make from the developers' point of view.

  It's really not that I like it.  It does look like a dirtfarmer outfit my grandfather would have worn (with his bow tie). I just dislike the others more.  Give me a pair of jeans, sneakers and a t-shirt or sweatshirt and my casual Shepard would be a happy camper.

I think it would have been nice to wear casual outfit on the Citadel or one of the other "social" planets.  Always with a pistol tucked in somewhere, but I think Shepard could have taken out the Eclipse group without the armor on.  Or at least when she went with Garrus and Thane.

I don't want a whole wardrobe, just a few things, not quite so formal.  Unless we go back with the Alliance, then a bit more formal is understandable.

:)  I'd like the choice to just wear something casual with my handy pistol ever within reach.  But then, I don't want my Shep to be intimidating, at least not all of them.

I always wondered where Emily Wong was at.

I keep my Femshep wearing the N7 Helmet and Kestrel Armor, because I see the character as not wanting be judged as a women, but as a strong, powerful soldier, who's enigmatic, mysterious, and hard to read. Kind of a batman vibe.

I wish Fem-Shep has better clothes though. The standard uniform is the only thing that gels with me, since she's tom boyish. The other clothes I can't image my Shepard would wear.

Actually.... I totally agree, especially with the second part.... I don't seem my FemShep every wanting to dress up. lol

Guess it's all about personal taste! ... but yeah, if there wasn't an important mission going on, I totally see my FemShep wearing a tank-top and jeans with holes in the knees. HAWT! lmao

Actually, despite my current attempts to get my Sheperd into skintight leather, I kindof agree.  I thought it was /perfect/ when I was playing her as a Vanguard. Really made me feel like a frontline soldier who just happened to be a woman and not the other way 'round.
