I like only heavy ME1 armors. Lights and mediums looked weird with the helmet on.
But ME2 N7 basic still rox for me

Yeah, the number of choices for ME2's armour is a bit lackluster. And most non-default options tend not to look all that good. Plus most stats are outshined by the DLC stuff. e.g.:
(Why would they say it's no good without a helmet?)

What sort of (external) video enhancements did you force on this?

I haven't noticed missing eyebrow furrows, TZ.
I think ManShep looks just as expressive, it's his voice that sometimes gets to me, but then that's not necessarily Meer's fault. I guess it just depends on vocal directions. Don't mean to bash Meer (didn't realize he was the Biotic God, I love that guy), or ManShep for that matter. ManShep has his benefit--notably, I can play as a good-looking male character. My recent one is based off of Tony Kakko, from Sonata Arctica.
Back to FemShep.
I'd say the fact that it's easy to miss even in direct comparison shows that it can not have been Meer's fault I don't like his ManShep voicework at all.Jade5233 wrote...

@Brody: I still don't get what you meant by him being the Biotic God.

Jennifer Hale is a Biotic Goddess... Well, Goddess at leastLesEnfantsTerribles wrote...
Hmmm. I'm feeling compelled to start a new ME2 Insanity playthrough with my Adept canon Shepard, Kate. As I'll always play LotSB post-suicide mission in my own personal canon, I'd certainly have something to look forward to.
Something that was recently discussed in the Liara group is Jennifer Hale's voice acting when Shepard comments on Liara's painting of Ilos. I think that Jennifer's delivery of that line is absolutely superb. She genuinely does sound like she's lamenting and considering her friend/lover's thought processes, and how the journey to Ilos two years earlier affected her on such a deep level. For such a simple, unnoteworthy line of dialogue, it's brilliantly well done, I think.
