Your Shepard will still find happiness in Thane's arms, mash!

Kepral's will be cured. I am confident.

wait, are you saying if we *were* femshep - with her powers, etc. or if we suddenly appeared on the SR2?

cause if #1, i hope i'd be a guddamn hero, to quote the above. if the latter, then i'd try and get a job helping mess sergeant gardiner and bail before shep ever went near the reaper for the IFF just in case he/she is not much of a leave-no-one-behind type.

I meant it the second way Sage. If we suddenly popped up on the SR2. I'd have stowed away on the shuttle or I would have been tagging along with Joker on his run to the AI core.

Oh!

I feel dumb.

I thought that you were referring to the fact that currently, the Thanemance does not seem to have a realistic happy ending to anticipate, unlike other romances. Sorry, mash!

ANNOUNCEMENT:
Calling all FemShep artists and art enthusiasts.....

We have opened a group on deviantArt dedicated to Female Shepard.  All art of FemShep is welcome whether it be solo FemShep, romanced FemShep, or fighting beside her comrades.  We hope that this will become the place to find nearly every piece of FemShep art you can find, since there is multitudes of it out there.  Artists come and show off your talent and if you are like me, I have no artistic talent but I can appreciate the works.  I plan on having some contests on there as well once we get more members and get situated.  Become a member today!

Click the awesome button:

Just joined your little group, thanks! :) Your "I have no artistic talent" was downright funny, though, :) Since you're probably the best artist around here, is all.

Does anybody else think Shepard looks best in rooms with red lighting while threatening people?

I know this was said like 10 hours ago but I need to shamlessly use it just to point out that the Purgatory has the best red lighting scene ever.

Awesome pic.  I'm tempted to make it a desktop image on my PC.

I sent the FemShep group link to my sis. She's the artist of the family. I can barely draw stick people. She can draw on a tablet.

See, that would suck.  I'd be utterly useless.  Well not utterly, but compared to the rest of the squaddies?  Yeah, Shep would shove the freaked-out stowaway out the airlock the next time they landed on Illium.

Now, if I could be transported into the ME games as someone other than myself, someone who's actually badass, someone who could be one of Jessica Shepard's tiny trusted inner circle, that would rule.  I'd have to be at least as badass as Garrus or Samara, though.

Yes, I would love to be an asari commando, and act as Shepard's biotic specialist...someone like Shiala.

I haven't noticed missing eyebrow furrows, TZ.
I think ManShep looks just as expressive, it's his voice that sometimes gets to me, but then that's not necessarily Meer's fault.  I guess it just depends on vocal directions.  Don't mean to bash Meer (didn't realize he was the Biotic God, I love that guy), or ManShep for that matter.  ManShep has his benefit--notably, I can play as a good-looking male character.  My recent one is based off of Tony Kakko, from Sonata Arctica.

Back to FemShep.

Biotic God?
I thought that was Kaidan

Jade5233 wrote...

@Brody: I still don't get what you meant by him being the Biotic God.

Sorry this reply is half a day late and a couple pages back.  I try to avoid character-specific forums when I'm on public school computers.  You're right about Kaidan being Biotic God, but this volus (Niftu Cal) who is hopped up on drugs from Samara's loyalty mission is who I was referencing.  I guess Meer did his voice?
So, Niftu Cal is "a biotic god."
Kaidan is The Biotic God.

Okay, I know I've asked the "what would you do with your femshep is she came out of your Xbox/PC" question, so now it's time for the flip side!

What would you do if you got sucked into your femsheps playthrough?

I'd duck for cover ... a lot. And then I'd still get killed.

However, if I ended up in my femShep's world during a dull moment, then maybe I'd talk to her.  I'd tell her how cool she was, ask her for an autograph, ask if I could get a picture of her holding out her pistol and then she'd shoot me in the foot and tell me to go home.

More data about the FemShep preference has become available in this thread:

http://social.biowar...8/index/4887562

Pacifien (the moderator) analyzed that data a bit further. Look at her blog here:

http://social.biowar...44217/blog/9989

Gender of those voting
* Male 67% | Female: 33%

Gender of Shepard people predominantly played
* As Male 56% | As Female: 44%

Pacifien analyzed the raw data, because XX55XX announced that it would take a while before he/she would be able to find the time to do it. Hence the secretive blog title. ;)

As far as I can see those numbers confirm the Male to Female gamers poll and the MaleShep or FemShep? poll.

Thoughts?

I wouldn't want to be in the Mass Effect universe if I didn't get to be Shepard.  Tons of civilians are going to die in the final confrontation with the Reapers, I'd wager, and I wouldn't want to be a statistic.

At least in the real world, if an ancient race of sentient machines are coming to destroy us, at least I'd be unaware of it.  In the Mass Effect universe I'd be kind of nervous all the time, praying that Commander Shepard always remembers to take cover.
