Woo.  What a day.  I plan on gathering my thoughts together concering the FemShep animation issues and what that means for the future soon.  My mind is mentally spent right now though.  If nothing else, I managed to get several developer's attentions.  I couldn't have done it without those of you that visited my other thread and provided your support.  Thank you.

It takes a special kind of courage, really, to open yourself up to so much public flak from the ever inevitable detractors; and you did so for no greater reason than that you believed in something. Kudos on you! Many (myself included) would probably have opted not to deal with the hassle. Then there's folks like you, who say: "It ends here!"

Hmm, heroic female protagonist, set against impossible odds, taking it upon herself to save the day; sound like anyone we know?

You guys can believe me or not, but at the end of the day, please understand that are we working very hard to give you folks the best possible experience on both FemShep and ManShep. I promise you though, that what you're seeing as differences are glitches and not intentional at all. This was not oversight or rushed, it was
simply a bug that was missed.

We take this stuff very seriously, which is why after a 17 hour workday (working to bring you folks more quality stuff) I'm now at home catching up on this thread. We're reading this and many other forum posts and we will be putting a renewed effort to ensure these sorts of bugs do not occur on any potential future DLC and Mass Effect titles. Our goal has and will continue to be to ensure that female and male Shepard have a truly equitable experience and that no one group of people feel left out.


Thanks everyone for keeping an eye out for quality and thanks to those who provided respectful and honest feedback. I know at the end of the day, all everyone here is looking for is the best possible game. Understand
that we too are doing whatever we can to deliver on that expectation!

I have to say thank you to rynluna for voicing our concerns and being so dedicated to supporting femshep, as well as everyone else who added to the support. 

I'm not the type of person to speak up about these things usually even if it is something I have concerns about, so I appreciate that others are able to.  It just goes to show at least someone is listening up there and it definitely pays to be polite.

Congratulations on successfully raising the issue with the dev team. I would say this is pretty convincing proof that if you are both rational and well organized people will listen to your concerns. It will be up to BioWare to follow through on this and I'm sure there will be many people around here to hold them to it.

After LotSB's excellence, and the fantastic character and romance development that Liara was subjected to, I remain extremely hopeful that my Kaidan romancing fellow FemShep players receive the romance content that they deserve.

This is freaking awesome.  Is this from screenshots?  Someone did a fantastic job of screengrabbing and Photoshopping, I would swear that was an actual scene from the game.
