I do think it would be cool if Shepard is imprisoned for killing a Spectre/being a genocidal maniac/associating with Cerberus, and his/her surviving squadmates break him/her out of prison, with his/her love-interest having special dialogue.

Mondo had the idea that if Shepard romanced Jack, he would find her smoking in a prison cell whose door had been torn open, and cowering near her in traumatized terror are two enormous prisoners.  She looks up at Shepard and says, "Hell, what took you so long?"

lol

the thing is, they have so many ways they could go, and all could be fantastic. see, i don't mind ME2, but it's like this offshoot of ME1 - like ME1 grew this strange appendage. so long as ME3 encompasses both ME1 and ME2 and brings them to this balance whole again, i will be happy. LotSB made ME2 a lot more fun for me, just knowing the SB boss and a reconciliation with liara are waiting at the end of the line. ME3 could truly make me overlook all the faults and sadnesses of ME2, so long as it embraces what was best in the first two games.

eh...not that i have high expectations or anything

The prison scenario could work, and SB files indicate that the Alliance wants to capture Shep, but BW would have to really be careful w/ how they handled it. Not only would they have avoid cliches, but if they are not careful, BW could (once again) turn a plot device into a plot point. If Shep were hauled off somewhere and left alone (as in not hassled) for a couple of months, then I could see her shrugging it off for the most part. If Shep were interrogated for six or seven months (as SB files indicate) then she shouldn't be able to shrug that off, no matter what BW writers want.

Hale delivered that line incredibly, btw.

Oh my gosh, she says that?!  ... I have to do a thane romance now.
Why are romances the only time Shep gets to be human?  And only two romances apparently, and one of them so badly written and acted as a whole that nobody wants to do it.  And your new Shep is stunningly beautiful, ryn.

The Thane romance is really well done. FemShep gets to be supportive and feminine without it suddenly seeming OOC. And she does get to express a bit, can see why Thane falls for her

Seriously, how do you come up with all of these? You always manage to crack me up:lol:

If I were to try a different romance, I think the only one from ME2 I could try would be the Thane romance. Just from what I've seen it looks to be well written and not awkward. The whole Garrus romance is just too darn awkward. Neither Shep nor Garrus appear to be comfortable with the idea. Or maybe I'm just over evaluating it.

I seriously tried to get into that Garrus romance with Jennifer, but when the time came she just said "You know me, I'm always up for hitting things." So I don't think I'm getting that romance anytime soon. Thane romance was close, but in the end she just went friendship path. I don't know, maybe she's still disappointed about not romancing Liara. It's hard when your Sheps go and start living on their own. :D

Ain't that the truth, lol... Part of the reason why I only have one Shepard. She's undergone quite a few changes, but she's still more or less the same woman she was when she was created.

Yep, Jamie appears to have an incredible gift making these. :) I've seen people make good grabs, and I've seen people make good captions; but Jamie truly excels in both: immensely fitting captions for immensely well-chosen grabs. I could stand to see a little more. :)

femShep on Saren's Statue.

That son of a bi*tch half made me chase him half way across the galaxy, made me kill Kaiden, made me sacrifice thousands of human lives and now I have to get undressed in front of his goddamned statue. Some days it doesn’t pay to get out of the f*cking bed.

Here's a question ...

So, does you femShep have a female hero? Another woman that she admires or looks up to for inspiration? I recall that Amelia Earhart was Captain Janeway's (ST:Voyager) hero. I know it's a bit stereotypical for female characters to admire other woman (especially famous women of history) but since femShep is an icon herself, it may be only fitting.

Nope there are no heroes, and my Shepard wouldn't consider herself one and resents the title when others apply it to her.
