@Sage

That's the only pose I've ever gotten as well. I'm kinda jealous of the Paragade? pose.

yeah, i could never figure out what that station was all about, and shep always looks like she just got something stuck in her nose and she's trying not to sneeze in that picture.

I hate not being able to Shep's face. The Flotilla is a notable place where there is a lot of dialogue and it's nice to see expressions. Very sweet pic scampermax.

You find some interesting stuff with flycam. Like why is Shep randomly sitting down. Who cares, it's ador-able.

wow, great shot!
I think this is the second time (in ME2) Shepard is sitting on the floor, right ?

Guh, so many pretty femSheps. (And I love that FemShep and Tali shot!)

As someone who plays only femSheps, I've gone through my share of them. BarbieShep, GothShep, PrettyShep, UglyShep. I've made them all. It's really difficult to strike a happy medium when I'm trying my hand at character creation. That said, I've finally discovered a design that I'm very happy with. So, mmyep, this is Dia. Spacer/Sole Survivor.

Argh, I'm all sheepish poking into a thread 300+ pages in. Sonervouuuus.

Really nice Shep, Calla. She looks a very strong woman.
I usually don't like much the formal wear, but she rocks that outfit...

.... and more Hayley

You read my posts about this on the mod thread, didn't ya? :)

Darn, I was just making a Femshep/Tali work based on this. I should have kept my mouth shut.

There can never be too much FemShep/Tali. I know you're not going to let my picture stop you, right? :)

I'm actually setting Lucy up to start genderswapping so she can romance Tali. Which means I have to hold off on doing LotSB so she can get Liara's jealousy dialogue. Lucy's hoping there's a threesome in her future.

on a totally random note.... apparently my FemShep is so hot I'm getting pms to "hold a good relationship with a real love". o_0

Only other place I can think of off the top of my head is when she is talking to Samara.

No problem.  Now I'm kind of curious if manshep does the same thing there.  ??

Nah, that would be silly. :) Besides, you're right: there can never be enough Tali/Femshep! In fact, even in this very thread, Tali seems somewhat under-represented. Which is kinda sad, as I'm really very fond of Tali.

FAKE EDIT: Actually just finished my work:

@ scamper - the felicia day song "do you want to date my avatar" comes to mind

@ Iw: I just was glancing through your profile on DA. upon seeing your comics, i think i will always substitute "Curse your sudden - but inevitable - betrayal!" for kaidan's actual lines when talking with udina.

Hmm, I have a question...why FemShep? What drew you to her originally?

When I heard you could play as a female that was voiced by Jennifer Hale, I was sold.  I'm a girl, so a chance to play as a female was also what drew me to her.  It's been said many times but there aren't many games out there with lead female protogonists so it's a rare treat, in my book.

I agree completely.  It's a huge part of my enjoyment of the game.

what ryn said. i am a girl, and i am eternally in search of female heroes to inspire me. i always play as a girl if i can, and rarely play as a dude. if a game does not have a female avatar option, i rarely bother with it.

there are super/iron/spider/batMEN by the dozen. male super heroes are fine. but there are so few female ones, even fewer that are truly inspiring. most female heroes are derivative super/bat/spiderGIRLS, rather than women in their own right.

while femshep started as an alternative to sheploo, she's gone way beyond that.

in short, i'm drawn to any tale of female heroism that i can find, and femshep is absolutely one of the best.

In all the games I've ever played, when given a choice of gender, I've always gone for female. I've found that the female Shepard works better for me cinematically than the male, but this is something discovered after character creation. I was always going to choose a female version first.

Horror story time. Once upon a time there was this rather popular RPG series called Ultima. For seven games in the series you could roleplay either gender. In the eighth game, the developers felt they couldn't be bothered adding a female version. **** you, Origin Systems! I'm glad you died!

No, I'm sorry, I didn't mean that.

Yes, I did.

...

ETA: Okay, I didn't want to bring the EA thing into it, but yeah, I know what really happened to Origin.

Played ME1 once as dudeShep. I'm male, so usually I always make my first RPG characer male. Didn't much care for it, I finished the game but it was sort of a bland experience. Then as I was watching the credits I saw that it was Jennifer Hale voiceing femShep and since I was a KotOR fan, I restarted ME1 with a femShep.

And here I am. femShep's just so much more of an awesome character.

In earnest, I did often give Kaidan the role of the poor sap; but occassionally, like with Udina, he gets a few good lines. :P

... Yeah.  Remember what company bought Origin right before the games started getting streamlined, action oriented, and kicked out of the door before they were finished?

Because I do.  :crying:

(I hope we at least have ME3 with FemShep before BioWare starts ditching the female option at EA's behest.  :()

That will never happen... And if it does, there's not enough voltage in this world to electro-shock me back into coherency!
