Likewise, f1r3storm! I am of the opinion that a VS DLC is almost an inevitability, and that it's announcement is imminent. I'm eager for my Shepard to reconcile her friendship with Ashley, as the exchange on Horizon saddened me so much. I want the friendship and relationship to reaffirmed, dammit!

I love synchronized stretching - Shep, Miranda and Samara were on Omega for Samara's LM and I stopped for a few minutes to answer the phone. When I came back they were all stretching perfectly in sync with each other. Heh, I wish I had taken a pic of it.

thanks. i'm debating using it. to be honest, i've started to think of the n7 armor as noah's signature thing. haven't made up my mind on what armor to use for kyrie. it's funny, i'm doing this insanity run and i will honestly end up having her fight in what looks best, not what actually gives the best stats.

Are only the medium and heavy N7 armors in the ME2 files? If not, Id suggest you use the light version, sagequeen - even though Kyrie looks awesome in the medium! ^_^

i always play on insanity and i got the feeling all those armor stats are negligible. perhaps the only pieces worth wearing are those that gives you a 45% boost in melee damage, but if you're not a vanguard or an assault sentinel you can ditch them too.

I think Kyrie looked great in the Kestrel armor but on the other hand I just think it looks a bit too bulky for Adepts. I'm torn. :/ Which other armors do you like for Kyrie? Any favourites yet?

I was messing around with the armor pieces yesterday - try using just the Kestrel chestpiece along with the default legs, arms and the +5% power damage shoulders. If you tweak the patterns a bit, you can make a fairly neat set of Adept armor.

I tried to get the texmod armor recolor of Liara's to work, but I failed. So I stick the original pieces. Also am I nuts? Doing my first hardcore run through and it's with an engineer. And why do I feel like the messy bun is the only style that suits her?

Engineers can
be a ton of fun. If you get in trouble, I recommend AverageGatsby's
awesome
Guide
to the Engineer on Insanity. Lots of handy information in there.
In short, it's all about squad builds and the other in which you select
powers.

So I uploaded Shai and Liara's first kiss to youtube.  I went into a whole lot of detail in the vid description.  lol.  I wish I could sit down and write fan fic, maybe I will but I'm a major procrastinator.  Check it out if you would like.

The way I roleplay Shai Shepard's story is that she never romanced Liara back on the SR1.  She lied to Liara about her feelings and said she didn't feel the same way that Liara felt back then.  She was scared to get close to her for fear of losing her.  She's always had this fear ever since losing her whole family on Mindoir which is why she never had any close friends and never any lovers.

She is the one who ends up dying and when resurrected by the Lazarus Project, she is angry at first for being brought back to life.  She always felt like she should be dead when everyone around her has fallen.  Shai also has the sole-survivor background.  She even angrily berates Liara for getting her body back.  "You did this to me!" she shouts.  Shai hates looking at herself in the mirror.  She looks at her cybernetic eyes and the ugly scars on her face and feels like a monster.  Her decisions became rash and she almost jeopardizes the mission from her anger.  Cerberus decides to give her intel on where to find the SB's location.  She had been angry at Liara for being so different from the last time she saw her and they hoped that they could help her resolve their issues. 

During the mission, Shai feels increasingly guilty for being such a jerk to Liara.  She may not care much for her own life but was amazed that anyone cared so much for her that they would risk everything to bring her back.  Old feelings that she had always tried to keep under control were resurfacing.  Liara herself was finding it difficult to let go of this special person.  She had always sensed that Shai cared for her but didn't know how to show it.  Back before she died, Shai nearly drunkenly admitted that she had romantic feelings for her. 

And so after the SB's defeat, we see this scene that occurs.  Shai ignores the thoughts in her head that tell her she is nothing but a machine and tool, and is in fact a human that deserves to feel.  Liara senses there is something different in Shai.  Especially since she just hugged her because Shai never makes any physical contact with anyone unless absolutely necessary.  This is Shai's first kiss in her entire life.

It's a huge pain, although not as bad as waiting 20 minutes to even get to the creator in ME2.  But even in ME1, the CC does not have the best angles like you said, and the FemShep I create looks different than when I play as her.  Usually I talk to Chakwas and Nihlus first before I get a feel if her face is wrong/right.
