Oh, FemShep's angry rejections of Harkin's sexist and lecherous remarks toward her? Hilarious! I also love how Shepard places one hand on her hip as she listens to his bile. She looks very authorative, and I like that.

I love how the "nice" option is her brushing him off with a: "Maybe later" - I always pick that, because as he gets more and more lecherous, it makes sense she'd eventually lose her temper and threaten to break his teeth.

Speaking of Harkin, in ME2, I think there's some gender specific dialogue during Garrus's loyalty mission. If you let Garrus shoot Harkin in the leg, then pick the renegade dialogue option, MaleShep says, "You're getting off easy Harkin". FemShep says, "I wouldn't have shot you in the leg".

Yay, I'm happy to have finally read my through this thread. Of my three finished ME1 playthroughs, the first two have been FemSheps (the third was a Sheploo speed run) and I loved every minute of Jennifer Hale's voice acting. Will be posting pictures and bios soon.

I actually got that one with my Jane. Funny thing is, I never realized it was gender-specific (even though I had done that part with a male Shepard before), or what Shepard was even referring to when she said she wouldn't go for the leg.
