I know, don't they look awesome? I really love the contrast between her left arm, with both the Asymetrical shoulder pad and the ammo pack, and her right arm, which looks soo much leaner in comparison.
Anyway, I was keeping two things in mind while "designing" her armor; making sure the N7 insignia/designs were still present somehow and that it was set up as something practical for a Spectre/N7 operative (larger shoulder pad to protect the face, shield harness, extra ammo pack, etc).

We often had the topic that Shepard was not given a chance to reflect on what happened to her and so I decided to work on a short video:This is my very first fanvid, so it's not as good as it could be but I hope you enjoy it nonetheless.Shepard remembers those last desperate minutes on the Normandy SR-1.
That was great, Chig! Your editing skills are nice. The scenes fit right along with the music!
Very nice. I was hoping to see something like this.

ME2 Paragon FemShep Trailer
This
video was a lot of work. I made it from scratch, as in captured all
the audio/video/etc and synced it up. I used audio envelopes, custom
transitions and edited everything by hand. I think it turned out pretty
cool. [smilie]../../../images/forum/emoticons/joyful.png[/smilie]
I call it 'Paragon' because most of the lines FemShep speaks in the video are from those responses.
It's also Holly Shepard's on screen debut! Hope you guys like it.
Great work! I can tell you put a lot of effort and time into it. What made the trailer win for me was the addition of Jen Hale's paragon lines!!!
Oh, I love this! I was looking forward to it. Great work and a nice nod to that movie. I loved that movie.Chignon wrote...

I was playing some with my Adept last night...they are loads of fun, and very powerful.
adept is still insanely fun in ME2 - even on...insanity! it just means you're a battlefield manipulator. i bring along people who like to shoot things out of the air.
and like rev...i was working on horizons and
*sigh* i finished it.

i actually rocked and rolled my way through the collectors like never before. insanity adept FTW! but then came the after stuff. slow mo + flycam = moments of heartbreakingly bittersweet reunion. kyrie looked so content to just stay paused in kaidan's arms. i felt like a horrible person allowing the game to go on from there.

ME3 or DLC, PLEASE reunite these two!

i will avoid major picture spam of horizon, but you can guess that much time was spent in flycam w/ slowmo/pause working. with the ME1 theme playing it was... *sniff*....

Take this as you will, but screens like that are why I'm glad Kaiden died on Virmire back in ME1 while Morgan was falling in love with him. In the grand scheme of things I think it was better for her to lose him than for... well, then for Horizon to happen to her (to the point where it would have outright sucked to right the fallout of it).

Did you just opt to not romance anyone in ME1?
My Shepard romanced Liara and let Ash live. However, Ash was a very close friend, and as a result, the reunian on Horizon was also very difficult. She was not a LI of course, but that did not make things any easier.

Well, you either kill Kaidan or are mean to him and Liara to have a romance free ME1. I'm struggling through it with my Thane intended Shep, Rachel.

okay, i see. i go back and forth between loving the shenko story and hating it for not being complete. but i figure kyrie is a very leap-of-faith sort of person. she'd rather have known her family and lose them on mindoir than have any other family in the entire galaxy and still have them. she'd rather know kaidan for one month than never. so, that's sort of the way she is. it's reckless, and it gets her in trouble.
here, have a happier/funnier screenshot: off camera, delan dies

I've always romanced Liara. I've never been thrilled with how harsh you have to be toward Kaidan. Either you lead him on and then later let him down easy, or you're a total biatch in the beginning in order to not lead him on. That was totally OOC for my Shepard. She'd have let him down easy so as not to lead him on. Such is life however.

I'm going to go with "yes and no" on this one. Technically as I was playing ME1 I had Morgan romancing Kaiden, but sadly he was the one that got left behind on Virmire. From an in-unverse perspective I rationalized it as going to save Ash was also going to save the rest of her fireteam, so it would be saving more lives. Character-wise it was to make Morgan a more tragic character and make her more hell-bent on bringing Saren to justice.
Gameplay-wise? Morgan was my sixth-or-so Shepard and I was trying to make as many varied saves to work off of in ME2 and 3 as I could. It wasn't until much, much later that she won out as my "canon" Shepard. So yeah, she kind of got the short straw because other Shepards before her "got to be happy".
... way to go, past me. You ******.

Yeah, I don't want to cheat on him with another character.... (and Liara's never appealed to me), but I'm either mean to him, which is OOC for Rachel, too, or Virmire him, which I really don't want to do.

Again, BLOWN AWAY by your skillz at creating a story through screenshots. Kyrie looks SO content in Kaidan's arms, and those last three pics really made my heart skip a beat. (Yes, I am a fanboy to a fangirl's creation, shut up.
I suppose, to be honest, I get a little jealous that you all can immerse yourself in your Shepards and really see her as a living, breathing person with her own strengths and flaws. I haven't really found that niche, even with Cam in the picture.
I really haven't found a Shepard that I could click with, that I could find myself saying 'THIS is Commander Shepard, hero of the Citadel, the first human Spectre."
You all are vastly more in depth with your characters, and I love it. I welcome whatever you creative guys and gals have to offer.

That's actually really interesting. I think in the end, it leads to a more versitile story. You can't always help who becomes your 'canon'
Storywise, I always put Kaidan in charge of the nuke. Therefor, he always died on Virmire as I felt it was important for him to make sure said nuke detonate as intended.
